The world is ending. For most of you this is no surprise. Truth is, when you are heroes, vampires, warriors, hunters, etc., you just get used to the fact that life and the world is on a constant downward spiral. You fight the fights that you can and save the world one innocent at a time. Every day that goes by where the world doesn't actually just descend down into Hell is a good day.
You've been called to battle once more and life or death is just as pressing. The lines have been drawn and you have to decide where you stand. The final battleground will be in Las Vegas. If this city falls, so does the world. Ironic that this is where it would all come to pass but it is what it is... Sin City could be your last stop on the way to Hell.
Don't let your guard down for a second. The hunters of the SUPERNATURAL don't have time for games. A little over a year ago they opened a gate to Hell and let all of the bad shit out. Dean just got back from Hell and doesn't know what to make of his brother Sam. The more they find out about each other and the more they find out about this war, the more it doesn't look like they will survive. They might have started this problem when they opened the gate but they will be there to try and stop it.
So will Circle Daybreak. It's time for a world where all species can live together. Yes, they are probably a little bit more of the hippie movement aspect of this world, but as the soulmates come to the world, it has been proven that no one person can represent their species. Hannah Snow has found her lover and soulmate to be Thierry, Elder of the Night World and now Elder member of Circle Daybreak. She was also a little shocked to find out that her soulmate was a vampire. Yes, even the vampires can change, Ash Redfern is proof positive of that, as everyday he struggles to change his stripes for Mary-Lynnette Carter his own soulmate. Ash is still struggling and his cousin, James doesn't mind giving him a hard time about it after all of the problems Ash had caused after James changed his soulmate, Poppy North, to save her from dying of cancer. They've banded together to stop the end of the world, a world where they know that the Apocalypse would just be the beginning. If the forces of evil were to win, they know for a fact that it would be endless torture and pain for all innocent people of the world.
It seems that others have been drawn to Las Vegas as well... many because of their supernatural sensitivity. Bonnie McCullough is a psychic child descended from the Druids. She came here for college but that might not be all of it... it feels like something is pulling her across time and space. Edward Cullen's family decided to go on a brief vacation but that turned out to be a mistake. They brought Bella with them and then the entire world started to fall apart. They might be predators in this world, but they had no idea what kind of war they were going to be walking into.
Some people are called to walk willingly into this war. Others don't have a choice. Warriors fight because they are needed. Angel pulled himself and as much of his crew as he could back to their home dimension to continue to the fight. When they got their they were surprised by just how much had already fallen. Xander Harris and Faith, each on their own terms have gotten more so battle scarred and find themselves in Las Vegas to make this last stand. Even scarier is the fact that every time they turn around vampires and werewolves and shapeshifters and demons are just as likely to become their enemies as they are to be their allies.
Essence of Life is a vampire pan-fandom. So basically if vampires exist in the universe... they can be brought into this board. Currently most of our canons are from the Supernatural, Night World, Twilight, Vampire Diaries, and Angel/Buffy verses. We also have canons set up from the Anita Blake and Anne Rice's Vampire Chronicles verses that have yet to be introduced to the story. If there are other vampire universes you would like to introduce to the board, just let us know and we will work with you to do so.
We are accepting canons as well as originals!

We are only just finishing up our first battle. We've been around for a few months now and we are going strong. The plot lines are moving towards some pretty hard core stuff too so check us out and sign on for your favorite characters!
