ZaneCorp Tower was the most secured building in the whole city, and the Vaults were the most secured part of the tower. It was rather ridiculous, in fact, the amount of money poured by the owner into the security of the vaults, with not only state of the art technology, voice and retina recognition devices, some ancient charms, temperature controls, booby traps, scores of reinforced doors and gates, alarms, and a host of other things to protect the treasures deep below. Among the underworld there were even rumors of strange beasts protecting some parts of the vaults. Most people who were even vaguely familiar with the amount of security surrounding the dungeons of treasure wrote it off merely as the paranoia of an eccentric billionaire. But, the man had treasures so secret and so valuable within its floors that its security was no small token to him.
Located within one area, towards the very front and away from the more insane security measures deeper within the dungeons, was the ZaneCorp Armory and Weapons Development and Research Centre. Here, ZaneCorp stored a host of weapons--some general, some specialized in either killing or capturing certain species--that it would sell to interested parties throughout the underworld, without a scruple of who they sold to. If they had money and were not a threat to ZaneCorp or the complete existence of some race, Lucius Erif would see to it that their weaponry demands were met.
Today, one such transaction would be made. The ancient vampire stood in the first-floor lobby of his tower, arms crossed over his chest. He wore, as he tended to, a fine black suit, wearing it impeccably as he awaited the arrival of Hiro the Ancient. The lycan had expressed interest in some weaponry, so a meeting was set up to determine if there was anything he wanted. Lucius was awaiting his arrival to head down to the first level of the vaults and show him the goods.

"Please! I have a family, please...." The vampire cried out. He was pinned against the wall ahand on his throat and had all realtions with Kayen Storm. He looked at the vampire in the eyes, he was telling the truth. "I won't kill you, if you tell me where the next shipment of 'supplies' for the vampires will be." The vampire gasped for air. "The big ball! It will be at the manor where the ball will be!" He lets go of the vampire. "Go home and continue to love your family but if you did love you would fight for the wrong side." The vampire looks at him. "What side is the side to be on?" He looks at the vampire. "The side where you don't endanger you or any of your love ones unless you are strong enough to take the pain or fight off the enemies. Now go." The vampire bows his head confused but respectfully and runs off to his home.
He looks at his watch. He was almost late and he wasn't one who like to keep people waiting or keep people waiting. He began to run to the direction of the tower, making it with about five minutes to spare, lucky, lucky. He entered the tower a cigar in his mouth and was about to light it but was stopped by the lady at the desk. "No smoking sir." She said calmly. He lowers his hand and raised his masked. He looked at her his eyes dark and blank. "Sir...." He continued to look until she freaked and ran to the nearest bathroom. He laughed a little bit at her cowardice. He walks up to the desk, and politly speaks to the other woman. "My. My. You look mighty lovely today." She giggles a bit regardless of what happened earlier.
"I am Haytashi Hiroshi." He said softly. "And I have an appointment for Mr. Erif." She smiled blanked into his eyes speechless. She didn't see the dark side the other had seen, the more softly and kind side of him. "Excuse me?" She shook out of her small trance. "Uh well! Umm.." She clears her throat and looks around pushing papers around and lokking through the computer. "Ah! Yea here you go he is in the weapons room." She gives him the directions to the room, in return he give her a kiss on her lip. With her frozen with blushing. He leaves to the room. "Mr. Lucius, What do you have for me beside those guns?"

Once Hiro had made it through security--which had been revamped (no pun intended) extensively given recent breaches--Lucius met him in the weapons facility, having smelt the lycan's familiar scent several minutes prior. Erif had been standing there waiting patiently, his arms crossed in front of his broad chest as he did so. He was a patient vampire, having much learned the values and benefits of patience throughout his life. He nodded to Hiro when the clan leader arrived.
"Those guns are some of the best new handguns we have for non-lethal kills. They're wildly popular right now with a few clients from security firms in charge of protecting important places, some hunters, and a few vampires that have stopped by," said Lucius. He was an equal-opportunity agent of death, selling to anyone who showed up with money to buy. It did not matter to him where the weapons were going or what purpose they were serving; who would be dying at their hands. He provided the means for people to accomplish what they wanted with little scruples about their ends. "But, I do have plenty of other new toys."
He walked over to the wall and pressed a button on a security console, the metal walls opening up and scores of different weaponry and defensive items revealing themselves. "What type of weapons are you looking for exactly? Offensive? Defensive? Anti-vampire? Anti-lycan? Anti-angel? What?"

He smiles when the elder asks him that question. "You know money is no object here, and I am preparing for a war my good man. So I need to prepare for anything and I do mean anything, I want the best weapons against, vampires, lycans, anything both offensive and mounted weapons for an area." He looked around gazing at all the different weapons he had in the place, it could be a threat if he does decide to join war for either side. He rubbed his chin softly as he looked hoping something good would come up, letting out a small undetectable sigh. This was alot of work, the guns, the territory protection the number of soldiers and all the enemies the the lycans.
He looked for a seat, sat and waiting curiously for the response of the elder. Hoping to hear about all the weapons that he could possibly have. Not to mention all the damage he could do to all of his enemies. But, call him old fast-fashioned, but he would of perfered a sword or a scythe over any type of gun. There were higher chance that the enemy was a gurenteed dead. He rubbed his chin with the thought of protection of his pack and wonder how much all of this would really cost him.

"Well, then it looks like you're going to want to see a lot of what is in stock, I suppose," replied the ancient vampire elder, his blue eyes glancing around the room at the enormous showcase of weaponry. It was an arsenal, for sure, but it was for sale. One of the rules of the trade was to never go to war, and that was something that ZaneCorp excelled at. They were neutral ground throughout it all, ready to do business with any side willing to pay and do business with them. That's all that mattered in the end; it was the bottom line to things he and his corporation did.
He reached towards the console again and pressed a few buttons, the display mechanically shifting a bit like a conveyor belt to bring whatever Lucius wanted to bring closest to where he and the lord of the Lycans sat. "Mounted weaponry, you say, excellent for defensive purposes here," began the vampire as four styles of mounted guns appeared before the two of them. "They big one there is to use against lycans and werewolves in particular. It shoots out silver pikes; far bigger than bullets. A coven I worked with some six hundred years ago created the original design, and I have made some vast improvements. It can now be controlled electronically or manually. It could be loaded with wooden stakes rather than silver ammunition, but works best with silver.
"And the next one here is your typical rapid-fire mounted machine gun. You can fire normal bullets or purchase either silver bullets or bullets filled with holy water. You can run it manually or electronically, and you can also put a motion detector upon it to shoot at anything that moves. Probably best in corridors that you don't want anyone going down," continued Lucius, hitting a button to bring the next one to center whenever he was ready to talk about it. "This one here is specifically mounted anti-air RPG70, meant to fire at smaller things in the sky like flying vampires, angels, or other creatures, or to distract aircraft. Though, against full aircraft or ground vehicles, I would suggest the next gun here, an enhanced mounted AT4. It has trackers within it that will lock onto the largest heat source in the direction fired, perfect for things that operate with engines-- cars, trucks, helicopters, aircraft, tanks, et cetera. Good thing to have if you're expecting or performing an all-out assault on a well-equipped enemy."
Here Lucius paused, glancing at the wolf-man for his reactions and to see if he was interested in any of the stock so far. He would move on to other gadgets in a moment.
