It had been a long week. She had moved in to ZaneCorp Plaza upon meeting with a strange vampire on the streets, only to have her car stolen and get shot within the days to follow. Managing to move everything in to her apartment, with no thanks to anyone else due to the fact she was new to this City and as few to no friends at all, she decided it was finally time to kick back and meet a few people. The apartment was large, a lot of seating, and even more standing room than you could hope for. The ceiling to floor windows along the entire length of the room offered a grand view of the city at night, and the high security allowing her to sleep without hugging a pistol too close.
Everything was settled. The gunshot wound was still fresh, but it had been bandaged and dealt with appropriatly with great thanks to the only man she could actually call a friend, Alex. He seemed to be in the right place at the right time very often.. sadly he was also in the wrong place at the wrong time even more often. As an undercover cop, who was seen as a personal trainer to the publics eye, she never had time to get out and have a good time as much as she would have liked to. Thus, with a rainy night, she chose to pen the doors to her apartment for strangers off of the streets to come mingle and have a good old fashioned drunk fest. Or.. party. She purchased two kegs the night before, and they had been motionless and undisturbed for the past several hours in the kitchen. High wages that simply accumulated in the bank helped her purchase several different types of hard liquor, as well as a fridge full of nothing but mix. Pop, juice, everything you could imagine. And of course, for the few that would find they had different tastes than most, she even brought out a few bottles of her favorite wine, and some champagne.
Having spread the word to the local bars and pubs over the past few days, she knew that surely there would be a crowd. The apartment across the hall was still empty, and she had already spoken to the elderly lady next to her and was given the go ahead. Seemed miss Simpson would be out for the night anyways- doctors appointment in a neighboring town. Perfect. No one to complain about noise.
A note was put on the entrance doors of ZaneCorp Plaza, directing people to room 301. Already a few people had shown up, only about a total of seven right off the bat. It seemed some people took a starting time very seriously. There was a knock on her door right at 8:00 PM like the bartenders had been told to tell people would be the earliest to arrive. Now the door to her apartment was propped open, no need for anyone to knock, and several chairs were pulled out throughout the room. Lets get this party started.

Anobi:
He walks around bored and drunk out of his mind. "MAN! WHERE'S A PARTY OR A CLUB IN HIS SHITHOLE!" HE said laughing. Quickly he notices a sign saying 'party' directing to a room. "Oh boy! But I wasn't invited." He rubs the back of his neck, looking around. He said a liquor store, the lights were off. "I guess I will just leave money there so enough to pay off everything." He snickers and runs to the liquor store, breaks in and steal all the liquor he could carry. Two huges kg in his arms. "Well I don't think they will mind if I barge in this once." He licks his lips playfully. "And the women will love me!" He laughs and runs to the room.
Once at the room the throw the kgs in to the room but not to hard so that they wouldn't break. "HELLO EVERYONE! DRINKS FOR EVERYONE!" They all laughed with him. "I don't know a single person here. BUT HEY...Fuck it! I like meeting new people right?!" They laughed. "EH! Let's bump some tunes won't we?! HAHA!" He wore his brother's light blue jacket and Hiro's blue racing pants. Hey they match and they would mind.
Ramidon
"Damn it he took my pants again! That bitch!" He growls and goes back into his chanting. "I will punish that brat later!"
Hiro
"My pants!" He looks around for them for a moment before falling back to sleep. "Nighty night...." A loud snore was relased from his lips. "Dash is going to get it real good."
Anobi
He dances with two lovely ladies his hands on one of their hips. "Oh my. Oh my." He said kissing her neck sexually. "My name is..." He stops spotting a beautiful woman. "HELLLO! Eh...What is her name?" "Anastasia....." A semi-drunk guy says. "Oh she is a hottie!! I'd fuck that piece of ass all over the wall!" "I wouldn't shes a cop and a hardass as well." The drunk man says. "She will warm up to me I feel her hip already." He said jokingly moving to her. "Eh! Hottie. How you doing tonight?" He said smiling his gorgeous smile.

Talk about rude! Who had their damn music up while the Neko was sleeping? Renee uncurled from her sleeping position in her bed, stretching and opening her eyes, looking around to see if Katia was there. It was a new habit of hers after waking up to see Katia a few nights after the woman had raped her. "Noisy," she said softly. It seemed she had simply said it out loud to herself, though. The little kitten covered her ears and tried to go back to sleep but the noise was too much for her. Her ears perked to see if she could tell where it was coming from. She was feeling quite grumpy for having been woken up, though when she looked at the clock she saw it was only little past eight. She grumbled to herself as she sat up, looking down at her slender body. She wasn't going to change clothes just to go see what was going on, though. The little Neko was wearing a red nightgown that night. She stood from her bed and pulled it down, seeing as it had been up past her waist while she slept. She did have a habit of tossing and turning while she was sleeping. That innocence she had when she was sleeping was gone now. Instead, there was an angry look on her face and her eyes were narrowed into a glare. Her hair was messy, though that was usual for her. Her ears were back a bit in frustration. Barefoot, she made her way out of her room and down the hallway, following the sound of the music. This floor was for slaves. The music wasn't coming from this floor. No matter, she could go wherever she wanted in this building. Eventually, the small girl found herself at the door in which the music was coming from. Her head peeked around the doorframe and peered inside, an interested look on her face as well as the irritation. She could see several people inside but she stayed outside. "Noisy," she said softly, looking around and smiling sweetly at some people coming in. She seemed like such a little girl standing there peering in, almost as if she was afraid of joining them. She just wanted the music to be turned down. She couldn't sleep with it up so loud. Her tail swayed behind her and her ears were perked forward. There was a curiousity in her that made her want to go in and drink a bit but another part of her wanted to go back to sleep and have a bit of quiet. She wandered into the room and found herself overwhelmed with emotions of others. She blocked them out for the time being, though, looking around for the woman who owned the apartment.

and his jacket is in the avatar. ] He didn't have know of much to say nor do anything with anyone at this point, he just let himself hang freely and see who came to him and tried to talk. He could already sniff out a few of the others at this point, but he couldn't really tell who they were. He sighed quietly as he reclined in his seat. Being drunk right now was not a thing Faden looked forward to, but if he was pushed enough he might be able to take a chance. He put on his best kind face, and waited for the people to fill in.[/ul]

For crying out loud I'm running from a comedown God forbid I know I've been a letdown Reaching for the sky while leaving in a gutter Kicking and screaming I am singing bloody murder It seemed the party was a hit. Numerous people, in groups and individually wandered in to the room and mingled freely as if they had known each other for years. So far, no high tensions, just bonding and friendly greetings. The music had been turned up, which didn't bother Ana whatsoever, and it seemed her large living area was already turned in to a dance floor. Women and men danced with and without each other, grinding, or just moving to the beat alone. It was fun to watch as she leaned over the counter top of the island in the kitchen , sipping on a vodka and pineapple juice drink she had just mixed for herself. It was her third already. Anastasia wasn't much of a drinker, and already she could feel a buzz. Light headedness. Clouded thoughts. Her guard was down. It wasn't a common occurrence, that was for sure. Her main idea behind the party was simply to meet people... but of course there was always a bit of business mixed in with pleasure. She wanted to hear the gossip, find the new local hang outs, hear what happened on the streets and read in to rumors being passed between drunken women and men. I'm alive when I'm vulnerable I'm out of control, I'm losing my soul I can't be your angel when I'm living like a devil Can't be your lover when I'm living like a rebel And yet, as she sipped on the third drink of the night, talking to a few strangers who realized that this was her apartment, greeting and meeting one another, she found herself farther from being interested in the business part of things tonight. She was new to the city. She needed friends. In her last city.. or.. the one before that, or even the one before that (She did a lot of moving around lately in hopes to dodge death by the hands of vamps and others she had injured over the years), she always had at least one or two people she could talk to. But here, she knew no one. Anastasia jogged, she worked out every morning, and it wasn't something that was as enjoyable to do alone as it was with a friend. Surely she would meet someone so could have something in common with. But surely.. she would also meet someone she would do best staying far away from. Don't want your pity and I don't want your help Don't try and save me go take care of yourself I'm alive! Sick of the pain I'm sick of the sorrow Sick of today I'm sick of tomorrow She was feeling good, moving o the music as she stood laughing and talking with a few people she had known for no longer than a few minutes. Someone sitting off alone caught her attention. Suspicious? No.. interesting. Her eyes wandered in that direction often as she held the conversation with the talkative redhead that supposedly lived just a block from here and had seen Anastasia several times in the past few days. She was about to walk over and introduce herself to the Faden, turning aay from the girl and her boyfriend to excuse herself to welcome new guests, when Anobi approached her. He was good looking, and rather intoxicated, but that didn't bother her one bit. He was friendly, and right now that it all that mattered. She grinned when he spoke to her, laughing slightly, "I am good, and how about you? Having fun?" She asked, turning to look at the counter for her drink that she had left across the room. The boyfriend of the redhead walked over and handed her a new one, leaning in to apologize and say that his girlfriend had finished Ana's last drink without realizing it wasn't hers. So he had mixed her a new one. She nodded, turning back to Anobi as her gaze looked over toward the lone man in the chair in the corner. A neko walked in, innocent, cute as could be. She instantly recognized her- she had seen her in the halls before, and offered the girl a smile and a friendly wave before looking back to Anobi for his reply. I'm addicted to the misery in my head I better stop before I end up dead

He grins his happy little grin. She was nice and didn't seem to be a hardass like the other guy said. In fact, she could be a nice fuck and stay, then again not a lot woman were. He had to think this through, instead of just making love to her. A male walks over and hands her a drink, her boyfriend maybe? Flirting would be all for not if he was and a waste time of course. He walks away over to his actual girlfriend. Lucky. Then he turns his head when she waved over to another person. A neko, a cute neko, but he was focused on getting this girl. For once, he looked at her with his shining smile. His hair covered an eye and his skin nice and tan, most girls wanted to talk to him. Then a voice entered his mind, the only voice he would ever hear, his brother Ramidon has a new slave and she was a soul eater. Like he really gave a fuck, there was a very hot, sexy, uh…attractive woman in front of him.
He chuckles a bit picking up a cup of beer, using only the tips of his fingers to hold it. “I am having quite a time and damn there is a lot of people here. Do you really know all these people? Why am I asking, a good like you? Ha of course. If you can throw a party like this than hell ya.” Something caught his attention. Something about his master. Something about master Hiro. He listened in but kept his eyes locked on the girls rather gorgeous eyes. She was definitely some he would want to have a fun time with. ’I heard the leader of lycans is taking on the King of Sin himself!’ the voice said and another spoke. ’No way that would be one hell of a fight. My money is on the lycan man.’ the first voice spoke again. ’Ah hell no, the King of Sin would kick the dogs ass! He is the maker of sin! And the lycan is a fucking dog that needs to be whipped and caged.’ The voice laughed a bit.
Honestly, he wouldn’t of cared if they were just talking about a fight between or place bets on the fights. But the voice had to include that, he leans head foreword placing his forehead onto hers. “By the way, I’m Anobi and I think your beautiful.” He gives her a soft kiss. “I’m not completely drunk so that kiss kinda meant something alright?” He said playfully. While doing this he tells his brother to send some lycans beat up the one who was saying such things to their master. ‘Why can’t you just do it? You’re the one that loves fighting.’ Asked Ramidon. He leans back his face a few inches away from hers. His guard was up, but a smile on his face. “You have some soft lips miss?” His way of asking for her name. ‘Ramidon….There is a girl in front of me, and this is her place and party. It would be extremely rude to destroy her house out of my drunken rage wouldn’t it?’ His brother laughs, it was agreed and he calls up a few lycans in the area.
Three lycans dressed as casual people entered the room. They walked over and grabbed the one who said those thing outside where his screams with unheard due to the blasting music. “So what is it? I would like to know the name of the girl I just kissed.” He said, not knowing how she would react. Most girls would melt for him but she was different, she was ’chill’. Some one he could actually like to get to know, for a human anyway. Most humans he just parties with and leave. But her, this girl, this woman, was some he really wanted to get to know, very unusual.

For crying out loud I'm running from a comedown God forbid I know I've been a letdown Reaching for the sky while leaving in a gutter Kicking and screaming I am singing bloody murder Taking the drink from the dark haired man that had apologized for his girlfriend, she smiled and nodded a thanks to him, turning her attention back to Anobi infront of her. The party had been quite a hit, several people had shown up, and more walked through the door every few minutes, usually in groups, and some of them even alone. What a great way to meet new people and learn about what goes on in the world than to have a party with strangers. Bringing the glass to her lips, she sipped on the drink. Pineapple juice and vodka, with a splash of Sprite, just like she had mixed hers earlier. It would be the fourth one this night, and already she was able to let loose. No longer tense and hesitant to talk to those that approached, and actually enjoying herself for the first time since she moved in to this city. I'm alive when I'm vulnerable I'm out of control, I'm losing my soul I can't be your angel when I'm living like a devil Can't be your lover when I'm living like a rebel Smoothing one hand down her dress absent mindedly after tucking a rolling coil of hair behind her ear that had been dangling in her face she smiled at Anobi as he spoke to her and she laughed softly, having no clue that he was also speaking to the voices of his family in his head, "Honestly.. no I don't know anyone here." She shrugged with a smirk, "But what a great way to meet new people, I just hope nothing gets broken." She finished yet it was obvious she was light hearted about the conversation. If something broke, oh well- nothing money couldn't fix. There was very little breakable in her apartment, it was a rather spacious environment with no walls except for the bathroom, and because she just moved in recently there were not many ornamental objects around. Don't want your pity and I don't want your help Don't try and save me go take care of yourself I'm alive! Sick of the pain I'm sick of the sorrow Sick of today I'm sick of tomorrow She never caught the conversation that was held by the people about Hiro, her attention on Anobi as he spoke, only to rest his forehead against hers as he continued. She was intoxicated, and if she hadn't been, this would have ended must differently. And rather quickly. But due to the current circumstances, she never moved away from him as he complimented her after introducing himself. Without hesitation, Anobi brushed his lips against hers and she froze- unsure of how to respond other than a playful smile. She wasn't the type to kiss on the first date, let alone a stranger, but she would let it slip. No reason to cause a big dramatic scene in the middle of her own party, and honestly- the way this liquor was workings it magic she really didn't mind that much at all. Nodding as he told her the kiss meant something she winked at him, " Thank you, Anobi." she replied to his compliment, a slight heat rising to her cheeks in a soft blush. It had been a long time since someone had complimented her.. let alone kissed her. She was usually seen as too threatening a presence to get that close to, physically or emotionally. Anastasia watched as the men entered the room, taking someone by the arm and leading them out of the room. This wasn't going to help the situation much, but she brought her drink to her lips again, taking a drink before her eyes fell back on to Anobi as he asked her her name. "Anastasia." She said softly, almost a whisper, before muffled screams almost inaudible over the music caught her attention. Ana moved fluidly to step around Anobi and head in the direction of the hallway where they had taken the man who obviously was on their bad side. She wasn't about to let them get away with violence, even if she was at a party. I'm addicted to the misery in my head I better stop before I end up dead

He watch her cheeks blush. But sadly she must be drunk and will probaly forget him the next day, a shame really. HE found this girl to be very nice indeed. "Aww ain't that cute? And your welcome, but the plasure is all mine." He said in a cooly brisk voice. Not trying to make it sound as if she was a child or a pup. "Yea that a def way to meet people. Damn I love the way you think already. Wow pretty and smart a great combo!" He smiles. Ignoring the screams off the mocking bastard outside. "Hmm...Anastasia...A very unqiue name indeed. It's exotic. But would you mind if I just called you Ana?"
He watched as she stood he could only assume that she heard the men. Wow she was a super human as well, oh how nice. "My dear lady why do you wish to leave? Am I really that disgusting? I am really not that drunk." He wanted to kiss her tasty lips again but he refrained. She had give him consent to do so. Otherwise it was wrong, outside his fun and drunken exterior lays inside a gentleman, a good man lover so to speak. He picks up yet another bottle of some skylight vodka. "Come on take a drink, and join me in some from, and maybe progress afterword. Only if you wish of course." He gives her a cute wink his arms out wide for her to join him. "Aww come on now? Personally I was having fun talking to you don't like me? Even just a little bit?"

Smiling at the compliment she was almost overwhelmed with his friendliness, not to mention his attention. It had been a long time since she talked to a man that was so openly interested in her, let alone being in a situation where one felt the confidence to actually approach her. Her career seemed to frighten a lot of them, not to mention her past, or the fact that she was a human. Perhaps her personality had something to do with it as well? Perking a brow as he spoke of her name, she shook her head lightly, "Actually I prefer Anastasia." She replied softly, her smile polite and apologetic. She never did like 'Ana' much, it had no spark, no personality behind it. It was common, and overheard. She wasn't a normal girl, and thus, she never felt right being labeled with such a normal calling as 'Ana'.
As she turned to step around him, he seemed offended and she paused, her facial expession softening, the glass in her one hand, her other hand at her side. "Oh.. no thats not it, Anobi. I.. I think there is a fight out in the hall- I have the responsibility to put it to an end." Trying to speak as calmly as she could, hiding her anxiety to beat in the faces of the men who drug the man out of the room. He never seemed like he wanted her to leave, spreading his arms after offering her a drink. She raised her glass to his bottle, clinking them lightly before she reached out her other hand to him, motioning with a tilt of her head toward the door, "Then why don't you join me? Couldn't let a lady get in the middle of a fight by herself, could you?" She was hiding the fact that she would have loved to taken these men down, but not everyone knew she was a police officer. And even fewer realized she used to be a hunter.

He placed every word carefully, making sure to hit the right word with the right button. He wanted the man to blow up in his face, but he doubt he would. It would be quite funny though. But he didn't want to start a fight as much as he wanted to see the one in the hall.[/ul]

“Alrighty then Miss Anastasia.” He spoke softly. A smile on his face. “The name suits you more anyway. From what I know right now you are way far from being a boring person. And I admit Ana is kind of a boring name. I apologize if you found that to be rude.” He had not expect her to be as kind as she was right now. With being told she was a cop and a total hard ass compared to most woman, in fact than most cops as well. It could just be the drinks or something, no. There was something more, something behind her drunken ruse and he wanted to know what it was with out ruining this fun time of his, nor destroy any potential relations with the beautiful Anastasia, he will have continue to play gentlemen drunk, he was so good at blocking off emotions he could be an actor or something, nah. He hears the words of the other lycan, "My, my. Mr. Badass over here." He says to the man jokingly. Not offended, it was funny when people younger than him attempt to boost themselves up. I could be because he looks really young himself. After words he ignores the man.
Now he knew something was going on now. The music was loud, full of screaming idiotic people now, he had to distract her just for a little bit more. But he had to play it cool. “Oh a fight you say?” He asked curiously. Even for a cop her ability to call out these things were way to great, she must have had a different profession before this, what was it? Fearless, crazy senses for a human, willingness for a fight. Damn she was a hunter. He kept his smile. “A fight you say? And you intend to fight them don’t you, those bad men outside?” He chuckles a bit, he then wraps his arms around her waist, place his fore head onto hers again. “You know what? I’m pretty sure you can kick all their ass, but I am such a gentleman. I will accompany you and fight those ’guys’ outside if there is anyone out there. And you know why?”
He asked his hazel eye locked into hers. A smile remained on his face as he analyzed her face before locking his eye on her again. “Because I wouldn’t want you to ruin that nice dress of yours.” He released her, the tips of his fingers moving across her belly, feeling the soft fabric. He moved foreword steady and cool, tilting his head to the door, looking at her, signaling her to come with him. If he was lucky, Ramidon’s men were finished and had already decide to take their leave. He would hate to fight friends and if he was lucky, but highly doubted. Anastasia might of took a liking to him and they could do something, something fun. Who knows, Ramidon knows, but doesn’t say a fucking thing about it, honestly if he has the power of seeing the future than why doesn’t he do anything about it?
‘Brother, the girl I was havi-’ He was cut off by his brother. “Yes I know, she is a cop and former hunter of us ‘mythical’ beings. And in fact she is good at what she does. Do not worry the men are leaving the apartment now and the man is knocked out next to the door, no real terrible damage has been to him. Just a small bruise or two, the rest is from his own drinking. You can continue with whatever you were doing. Now leave me I am tending with the soul eater now.’ This relaxed him but from what he knew about Anastasia now, she might go look for the guys who did this. He walks out looking around, there was no one just a couple making out. He look down seeing the man, he could help but be a little concerned for the, he takes a knee next to the drunken man.
“Hey you ok big guy?” He ask kindly towards the man. There were a few cuts on his arm, that were old, on his arms, all self inflicting, some needle scars, and the bruises look about a day old. Giving the knocked man a few shakes to wake him up. The man only mumbles and grumbles word he couldn’t really depict at first. But then hears, “I want some beer…..” He smiles at the man an hands him his glass. “Here you go big guy.” He turns to Anastasia, giving her a sweet look. “The man is pretty beat up Anastasia, mostly from drug use from needles and cutting him self but these bruises look new. You’re a cop what do you think?” Yeah, under all the horniness and the drinking, resides a pretty smart guy. He waited for her response, he truly hoped she would just make out with him or something. But he looks at her cup, seeing a drug, she was drugged. He hated the though but he might have to refrain for doing a lot with her.

For crying out loud I'm running from a comedown God forbid I know I've been a letdown Reaching for the sky while leaving in a gutter Kicking and screaming I am singing bloody murder The rim of her glass met her lips yet again as she sipped the sweet drink that only seemed to get sweeter as the night went on. It was still rather earlier, perhaps not even Midnight yet, and already the crowd was thicker than she could have imagined. Men and women mingling, meeting, discussing and laughing. The sound of their amusement was like music to her ears. It had been far too long since she got out and allowed herself to have some fun- even if that fun still had a taint of business to it. She was having a hard time, to be honest. For a woman that rarely drinks anything beyond a glass of wine here or there- these drinks were tasting all too good. Especially this last one, it would seem the man who mixed this for her must have a history in tending bar. Or, it could be the roofie he slipped in, but Ana was not wise to that fact. It had dissolved before the man had approached her and handed it her way, and already she was halfway down the glass. I'm alive when I'm vulnerable I'm out of control, I'm losing my soul I can't be your angel when I'm living like a devil Can't be your lover when I'm living like a rebel The fight in the hall was her main priority. It seemed to sober her up a tad as she thought of the fact that it would be her ass on the line if anyone was injured. As a cop, the police force seemed to believe that you should be in control of every situation. Well.. that wasn't completely true. What woman could enjoy her life without losing some reign over the events around her? Such as in ones love ife, or.. no wait, Anastasia had no love life. Her past was nearly empty, bare, all except one man several years ago who fell through the cracks when it came to what she looked for. Sure, handsome, sophisticated, romantic, a true gentleman- yeah those were up there just like for every woman on the face of the Earth. But Ana enjoyed a man who took control. Respectful had its time and its place, and so did gentle and romantic. They were not always the best to have in the bedroom. The man in her past was a bit too soft for her likings, not to mention, a spy. Oh wait, lets not touch too much on that subject. A mans voice caught her attention as she tried to lead Anobi out to the fight. He seemed friendly, and she wasn't about to call him on his pick up lines any time soon. When it came to flirting and innocent giggles and suggestive expressions- Anastasia wasn't your woman. She never knew how, and thus, she never tried. Saw no reason behind it. Love wasn't a game and neither were the actions that surrounded it. She was blunt- up front and rarely beat around the bush. And at times like this, when the muffled cry of a man was cut short outside of her apartment, she felt a sense of urgency leading her away from the crowded company of her own apartment. Not to mention a bit of clouded vision and a little extra sway to her hips that was not just the femininity of her stride. It was beginning to takes it toll. Don't want your pity and I don't want your help Don't try and save me go take care of yourself I'm alive! Sick of the pain I'm sick of the sorrow Sick of today I'm sick of tomorrow 'You two seem to be quite intoxicated... You don't even notice his shitty compliments? Or so much to seem to care...' His words seemed to have a lick of a true punch to them. Laced as heavily as her drink to be exact. Anastasia shot him a quick glance, startled to see it was the man she had been staring at from across the room earlier. Perhaps he was not so suspicious.. not if he had the guts to approach the host of a party who was known by most of the crowd to be an undercover cop. So much for undercover, that is. Smirking in reply to his words, she never found any words that would suit the situation and began to turn to head out in to the hall when Anobi's arms wrapped around her waist. It surprised her- what with the knowledge that she was more intoxicated than she should be, the fight outside, and the awkwardness of being hit on in general, her heart stopped for a beat and her breath caught in her throat. IT was very difficult to refrain from striking him, a simple reflex she had when she was in situations. Pull the trigger first, ask questions later. Sadly, it was the story of her life. Yet, she found it in her to relax, muscles no longer so tense and she smiled at him. It never hurt to have a man around when you were outnumbered in a fight. He complimented her dress, running his fingers across her stomach, over the material as he withdrew his arms from around her. She continued smiling, casting a glance in Faden's direction as well before she turned and headed in the direction of the door that was open to the hall. She fell in behind Anobi, slower than the man walked, her eyes washing over the crowd s the edges of her line of sight began to cloud. What an odd feeling, the light headedness that collided with her when she moved. It would seem the whole world was trying to pull her back and stop her from walking altogether- like walking up stream against a strong current. Yet she continued on, high heels sinking in to the plush carpet as she did. Casting scrutiny over the room, she caught the wave of a man from the bar, beside the redhead she had been talking too earlier and managed a smile as she brought the drink to her lips once again. It wasn't so much she needed more alcohol, as it was she felt thirsty. A glance over her shoulder in Fadens direction to see if the man, suspicious still in her mindset, was following, as she came to the threshold that opened to the hall. Anobi was kneeling by the man who was passed out- slumped against the wall. Not much damage had been done, let alone permanent. Yet her senses were picking up on a vibe she had not caught earlier. Her suspicions turned to Anobi silently in her mind. Anastasia was not the trusting sort, and in times when she felt vulnerable, it was in her best interest to get to the bottom of every suspicion before moving on to the next. Anobi spoke to her, addressing her as a cop, and sure- she knew that several of the patrons at her party had recognized her and shared this information, but the drugs, the alcohol, it all came crashing down at once. Suspicious no longer, it was time to interrogate the suspect. Taking a swift step toward him, she put one foot between both of his, and a hand on his chest, bending her right arm and pressing the elbow to his throat as she attempted to push him up against the wall that was behind him. Her face remained the same- a half smile twisting at her lipline, yet it was cocky now, less polite and far more.. cop.. " What are you, Anobi? It was a simple question. She could tell he was not a vampire- she had no sense of energy from him, and yet her odd senses never worked beyond that. He was a blank slate.. a blank slate that seemed to be hiding something. Werewolf, shape shifter, lycan? What the hell was this man. She leaned in to him with her elbow across his neck, holding his gaze as she waited for his reply. He looked over from the corner and watched as she made her moves, she was fast, yea she was a hunter at one point if not now. She asked what he was, a smile appeared on his face. "Why are you so hostile dear? Calm down." He said softly her elbow on his throat he just had so show how fast he really was. He slowly uses his index finger to move her elbow to the side and before you know it he was beside her. "Anastasia, I am Anobi and I thought I was your friend." He bowed his head. "I am here for fun, not fighting." He gives her a sweet smile.
He leans against the wall resting his head on his hand. "You don't see me asking questions like that do you? This is your cop side eh? I'm not gonna lie it's pretty sexy." He shrugs a bit. "What do you say we just get another drink a have some fun eh? Come on...It will be fun!" He said with a small laugh. "You know you want to!" He said in a joking voice.

For crying out loud I'm running from a comedown God forbid I know I've been a letdown Reaching for the sky while leaving in a gutter Kicking and screaming I am singing bloody murder Something wasn't right. The darkness edging in that clouded her vision, the foggy thoughts and the exaggerated motion of her own limbs and the entire building around her. The walls.. they were not alive, yet they seemed to stretch on forever with the simplest of movements. She felt, lost, in a maze of mirrors. Everyones faces seemed to distort when she moved quickly, and soon realized that standing still, or closing her eyes all together was and option she would soon have to face. She blamed on on the drinking. No possibility of being drugged,- no. This was a friendly party. Everyone was so nice. And she couldn't remember ever setting her drink down so it wasn't even a thought in her mind. Drunk. Over did herself, thats it. That had to be it. She pushed Anobi up against the wall, her strength forcing him back, along with her fluid movement. Yet, her force, pushing him back, dwelled rather quickly until she was pretty much just leaning on her elbow against him. Anobi slowly pushed her arm off of him, and moved away, and Ana took that one step that had separated her from the wall, leaning on it after turning her own back to it. I'm alive when I'm vulnerable I'm out of control, I'm losing my soul I can't be your angel when I'm living like a devil Can't be your lover when I'm living like a rebel Her hair fell in to her face, tumbling in soft waves of dark brunette over her shoulders and casting a devious veil across her eyes. She sighed, silent and trying to refocus her sight as she stared at the carpet of the hallway. It seemed to pulse with her own heart beat, in focus one second, and out of focus the next. One minute she felt the urge to attack Anobi and find out what he was, and the next she had the urge to laugh. Her lip line twisted and she leaned forward, laughing softly to herself. Oh boy, here it comes. Tilting her head to the side, she straightened up, using the wall to stand up straight before turning to face Anobi with a grin. "Sorry about that. I.. just had a little too much to drink." Blaming it on the alcohol. No... Ana, violent? Never. Psshh... Don't want your pity and I don't want your help Don't try and save me go take care of yourself I'm alive! Sick of the pain I'm sick of the sorrow Sick of today I'm sick of tomorrow A few people walked from the hallway back in to the apartment, and silence enveloped the area for a moment as she sighed softly, trying to collect herself. When he asked if she wanted more to drink, she shook her head softly, still offering a smile as she looked in his direction. The walls seemed to stay put- the darkness that had licked at her vision fading. It was just a dizzy spell- she put it off and stood up. Fully balanced. Much better. She took another sip of the drink that was nearly gone, and was surprised she had managed to not spill it over the past few minutes. I'm addicted to the misery in my head I better stop before I end up dead

Poor little Neko. She was glad she had blocked off the feeling of the emotions, though. She knew she wouldn't be able to handle it all. It seemed there were so many of them and they changed just as quickly as they were recognized. There was a strong smell in the air and obviously Renee was uncomfortable here. She knew the human that lived here was one that worked for Lucius or something or another. She had seen her only a few times. Ren noticed the woman looking at her and she smiled a bit. She waved back and noticed the man she had been talking to looking over at her as well. Renee averted her gaze but she knew what she had to do. That human was the one who owned the apartment. Renee moved out of the way of people coming in. There was so many different types of people in here. So many different people. She narrowed her eyes. Had she not been so tired she would have been quite pissed. Renee didn't really belong here. She looked like a child among psycho, drunk adults. Did people really allow their children to see them in such a state?
Some people came outside the door and were yelling at each other for god knows what reason. Renee was so confused. She was lost and tired and just wanted to go back to bed. She didn't want to see these people fighting, either. She slipped inside the room, moving through people and just watching for the time being. She danced out of the way of the moving bodies as if they were going to poison her with their touch. She tugged on both ears but not because she was feeling self-conscious about them at the time, but because the music was loud on her sensitive ears. Her tail was low to the ground and she was careful to keep it out of the way of people. She was surprised no one had pulled on it yet. Stupid humans. Renee rubbed her right eye with a balled up fist, yawning slightly. She seemed so cute while she was still half asleep. She looked even more like a child, less her age.
Ren realized she was getting quite fed up with all the people and noise. She made her way through to find Anastasia and the man she was with. When her eyes finally fell on them she moved forward quickly, eventually ending up beside the human. Usually, she was quite cruel to humans. She hated them with a passion and she felt no differently towards this woman. The little girl reached up with her tiny hand and tugged lightly on Anastasia's dress. Not hard enough to make her think she was doing anything wrong, just enough to seem like a little girl trying to get her mother to look at her. Those child-like eyes looked up at the human, though she wasn't ignoring the man there at this point. Too many people to keep track of, she could only focus on a few at a time. She opened back up to allow those emotions to attack her once more, though this time she crept into the mind of the human. "I'm Ren. I live here, too. It's loud," she said, trying to push Anastasia to send all the people home and shut things up. Her words were soft and almost unheard, though very young sounding.
