God? Renee's eyes held a curious look in them now. God. Surely there was. The only way to find out was to ask the angels, right? Though God didn't really seem to care that his little Neko woman was a slave at the time. So why would she care that he was around? The question Katia presented made her giggle a bit. "Vampires? Do you think I'm afraid of them?" she asked, a little smile on her face. "I can take care of myself. I think Lucius asked me the same question or something like that," she said thoughtfully. She had told him the same thing. She could take care of herself. It seemed she wasn't good enough to handle an elder and a necromancer, though. Well, she was thrown off when the dead people appeared and that's what put her back. Truthfully, Renee felt she had nothing to worry about when it came to vampires in the city. Humans were their prey and easier to catch. Most of her work was done through them, not by herself.
Sure, she loved to wander the streets every so often and she stole her own items most of the time. But humans were a wonder to use. Silly little things. So weak. Vampires snatched them up. Renee was agile and though she couldn't really outrun a vampire she figured she could get away from one if she had to. It wasn't like she had not been attacked before, she had. But who could harm cute little Renee? Katia said she could not tell any secrets but Renee rolled her eyes. How many people here at ZaneCorp didn't know about her? She wasn't sure if Lucius had told them about what she could do so that they wouldn't fall prey to her influence. Apparently Katia was unaware. Or maybe she just wanted Renee to say it. "Most vampires are weak minded. Not Lucius, though," she said, sighing a bit. Katia came closer and Renee allowed her to, listening to the words she spoke now. She stopped, though and this made Renee give her an alarmed look.
Nothing seemed to change, though. She smirked a bit at the statement. Out of her mind? Hardly. Renee knew what she was doing. She felt Katia's fingers on her ear and she raised an eyebrow at the vampire. "Afraid you won't be able to control it?" she asked calmly, wondering what Katia was thinking. Her eyes widened as the woman tried to figure out how Renee was made. A human and a cat? Was that even possible? "N-no," she stuttered. "No, my parents were both Neko's," she said, pulling herself together once more. Then how did Neko's come around? Could they really be from a human and a cat? Gross. It made her want to gag. Just like she had when she saw Katia in the forest with the lycan. How repulsive. The place she had come from? Renee thought back. Where had she come from? Her parents were on the move a lot and so was she. She didn't remember where she was born, really. "Not sure. I've been here a while, I suppose. Not really your business anyway," she said, yawning a bit. She wasn't tired, only bored. "What do you do for Lucius?" she asked. Perhaps she could use Katia to get out of here after all.

"No I do not believe you are afraid of them, we 'ave given you no reason to be 'ave we?" she asked in a sweet and innocent tone. Well for the most part that was right however she knew she had. "Well.. most of us.." she spoke softly as a frown crossed her lips once more. She was not sure what to say or do to make any of that pass on. The only possible thing she could do here was to move the conversation here beyond what was just said. Instead she'd point to her black lingerie and smile. "I think you'd look absolutely adorable and sexy and something like this." slowly she'd fuss over Renee's hair with her hands, randomly holding it in a messy ponytail.
"I must say, you look pretty delightful with sex hair." she said with a giggle as she let Renee's hair fall loose and wild over her own person once more. As always Katia wore cherry red lipstick even when it was late at night and she should have none. "Of course you can take care of yourself. Me and Mr. Erif just worry too much is all." she added with a smile that was meant to be warm -- how one recieved it from an ancient monster was up to them. She longed so badly in this moment to be like her, to be mortal and be able to be with her in the way she wanted -- not the way she had been. The simple fact was that even if this were how it was.. Renee wouldn't be with her anyway.
"I am always afraid of it.. you know that.." she spoke softly as she twirled a finger through Renee's hair now. Such beautiful hair in her eyes that had her absolutely captivated. All she wanted was to press her face to it and inhale her scent. More hostility, this girl was too tense. "Of course, sorry. I know it's none of my business.. I just get curious as to how other people lived and where they come from.." she spoke softly sounding like she was a little embarassed for asking. "I did not mean to offend or make you angry." she added with a small nod of her head. Why was so she so docile and cute when around Renee? She was normally a sharp seductive hunter.
Raising an eyebrow she'd smile warmly, finally she seemed to be loosening up some. "I work as director of the Media division for Mr. Erif." she spoke softly as she had a grin on her face, proud of what she did for some reason though she had yet to truly start. "I make sure that everything runs smoothly, approve ideas and the look, design, and feel of things." she spoke as she poked her own chin with her finger. The words meant little to her simply because she was still new and training. "I am still quite new to all this, but in a day or two I'll be a master!"

"Nope," she replied, knowing that the vampires had done nothing to upset her. Well, Lucius had..and Katia. Well, she was just on a bad road with vampires already. She hoped it didn't get any worse. She didn't want to hate the vampires like she did the dogs. They were two opposites. They hated each other, didn't they? She didn't want to be a third party there. Renee raised an eyebrow at Katia when she talked about the nightgown. "Yea, sexy...so that it seems like an invitation for you to rape me again. That's what I want," she said. Truth was, she had some nightgowns like that. She just chose to wear this one tonight. She almost decided to go without but had changed her mind. She felt Katia mess with her hair and she smirked a bit. Her hair was too short to really do anything with it. She knew Katia couldn't put it up in a pony tail or anything and that also meant it was harder to play with.
She blinked a bit when Katia talked about sex hair. Unfortunately, that was what Renee's hair always seemed to look like. She didn't bother doing anything with it. She brushed it and left it laying around to wherever it had fallen. She rather liked her hair, to be honest. It changed from light to dark starting from the top and going down. She couldn't help but move her fingers in it for a moment. "You shouldn't worry," she said tiredly. Why would they worry? She had been living on the streets for quite a while. She took good care of herself and hadn't been killed yet. There was a smile on Katia's face and Renee looked up at her with an almost dangerous look on her face. How could she be here smiling and acting like everything was fine. Renee didn't want Katia to think she was ok with it. Renee was still thinking about how Katia said she loved her. She wasn't sure how to handle such an emotion if it was the same one she was thinking it was.
Renee wouldn't have known the difference in the way Katia was acting here and how she usually acted. She didn't know Katia any other way than this and the nasty rapist she had seen before. Renee frowned a bit at Katia. Damn her. Renee couldn't release all the pent up anger she had or else Katia would rape her again. She was forced to sit and be a good girl so she wasn't attacked. It was quite frustrating. "My parents moved around a lot," she admitted, leaving it at that. It wasn't like she had been with her parents for long anyway. Only until she was seven, then she lived with a human family for a while. Thank god for being so influential or she would have been on her own longer than she originally was. Renee spent five years on her own, traveling around and never staying in one place. She knew she couldn't stay with humans for long and had left when she was thirteen.
Renee had to admit, Katia was kinda cute. Not in the way that made her want to be around her, but still cute. Someone Renee might have been able to get alone with if they were on better terms. She seemed to be quite happy about the job she did for the vampire. Renee didn't understand why she was happy about it. Renee wasn't the working type, though, so perhaps that was why she couldn't accept the job that Lucius had offered. Though it was probably one of the worst decision that she had made in her life. Now she was his slave, though he did say she could earn back her freedom. As long as she could do that she knew she would be ok. But that meant she would have to work for him. If she refused would he keep her as a slave? She wasn't sure. "I don't know why Lucius needs me," she sighed softly. Well, he had explained it to her but she still didn't understand why. Couldn't he do everything he needed from her on his own?

Katia frowned at Renee's comment, she had no intentions of doing that to her anymore. The distrust, while expected, tore her down inside and made her wish she were burned alive here and now. She couldn't take such cold shouldering, such comments yet she knew she deserved them so she would swallow her pride and deal with it. "No.. I just think it makes you look cute. The boys would come from all over." she added with a wink as she giggled to herself. Of course she did not want this, yet she could not stop it. With the possiblity that Renee would one day find a lover, there also came the chance that they could hurt her more then Katia possibly had; she'd kill them first.
Katia curled her feet up to her chest once more and sighed, Renee was just like a child to her. Of course she was going to worry, fuss, and even be quite over protective. -- she could not help it. As a Vampire it was in her nature, she was fiercely territorial and she couldn't do much to change that; a vampires ways never changed after all. "I shouldn't but I do, that won't ever change. We vampires are fiercely territorial.. possessive.." she added with a zoned out tone of voice as she thought about that statement. Was she really all that bad? She didn't like to think so but the answer from those who observed her would most likely become a yes. She was so protective that at times it became somewhat odd and creepy.
Katia however was brought back to reality when she answered the question finally. Her parents were nomads as she thought of it, just like her own little family had been which consisted of her and her Sire. They wandered the vast continent of Europe in search of a reason to exist, excitement, and wonders beyond imagination. "I see, that must be hard to know. Never having the knowledge of where you're originally from, your people or ancestery? Or thats how I am looking at it. Perhaps I over think things.." she stated with a mild blush as she realized that she had blurted out random things that she perhaps should have kept to herself. They weren't exactly polite.
"Don't worry, Im sure that you'll find a purpose here. Perhaps you might like it more if you applied yourself, it's not that bad you know." she added with a wink.

"I have no interest in boys," she said. Then, rethinking her statement, she shook her head. "I mean I don't have time to go out and form relationships with men," she corrected, not wanting Katia to think that she was gay or anything. Renee had no feelings for women and she thought that to be obvious. But, was Katia saying that Renee wasn't cute enough already? Renee thought she was cute, how else would she get what she wanted. Well, Katia had never really seen Renee act all cute and sweet, she realized. She didn't know the kitten very well. She had no idea how cute Renee could be. It didn't matter, though, Ren didn't think her true personality would ever be shown to Katia. How could she be cute and bubbly around her after what happened? "I'm cute enough," she said simply, not really liking that she was talking so much to this woman.
If Katia wanted to treat the child-like cat like a child, fine. Renee couldn't stop her. She listened to the vampire speak and she sighed softly. "I'm not territory, Katia. I'm not property," she mumbled. It was just like being turned into a slave all over again. Katia thought of Renee as her territory and she was protective over her. Lucius thought of Renee as property and would probably sell her eventually. He said she wouldn't end up back in that horrible place in front of those horrible people. She still shivered at the thought of all those eyes on her up in front of everyone. She was so drained of energy and had felt a bit drowsy. She couldn't bring herself to fight against the men who had her up there. Besides, they looked pretty cruel. They could have hit her or something. Renee didn't want to be abused. So she could only sit there and endure those nasty noises and looks.
She scowled as Katia spoke again. Was this woman just going to try and guess at Renee's past? Well, if she truly wanted to know, Renee would tell. She didn't want the woman to start assuming things, anyway. "My parents left me when I was seven, so it's not like I could just ask them where I was from. I was too young to care," she explained. It was true, though. She had been with them until she was seven, then she had been left alone to take care of herself. Who knew why? Perhaps her parents were tired of her. Maybe they knew she could take care of herself and she would grow up knowing how to live if she started early. Well, that's what had happened. She talked a couple of humans into watching her and raising her. She wasn't there long, though. She couldn't stand humans as it was. "Katia, I'm a slave. I don't really have a choice, do I?" she said. It wasn't like she could really refuse to do as she was told, though she would try.
