the town of sterling has always been a great place to live. nice people, great neighborhoods, beautiful gardens and parks. just last year, however, a school that served as a local rehibilatation center for juveniles involved in crimes, drugs, alcohol, and such burned down in the neighboring city of ottsburgh. this school, the spike advisory academy, needed a new place to go. after all, they can't just let those kids loose on the world without helping them first. always generous though, sterling agreed to take the students of spike into their own high school. they gave them and the staff a 'fixed up' apartment complex to stay in until their academy is re-built, where they're supposed to be under lock-down, just as they were in their old school. however, the staff isn't quite as vigilant as they were in their old jobs, and the kids don't listen to the authorities of sterling high.
they're let to roam the streets and hallways, terrorizing the well-behaved (compared to spike kids, anyone's well-behaved) students that attend sterling high school. they're bringing in things that sterling staff hadn't had much problems with before: drugs, alcohol, weapons, more sexual PDA, and anything else you can think of. things are really beginning to get out of control, and sterling needs to find a way to fix it before their town goes down the drain.
