--She has heightened senses of the emotions of those around her and, with it, the ability to sway them. Of course, she uses her abilities for good, but in the wrong hands it becomes a dangerous weapon. There is always a downside of having such a gifting ability though; Bells is also easily swayed by the emotions of those around her.
-Empathy
--Bells has the divine ability to take away people's pain. Where she can do so mentally with "Emotional Manipulation" she can do so physically with "Empathy." However, there are consequences for everything and in the case that Bells tkaes pain from someone she must take it on herself.

Accessories:
Though her clothing style may vary depending on mood and day, there is one constant about her: a white scarf. Regardless of the colors she is wearing she always wears a white scarf around her neck which is always a flawless unblemished white.
Appearance:
Bells stands at the average height for a human. She is also fairly thin. Her body type is lean with just a slight muscle tone visible, deception of course as her strength exceeds her appearance. She has a kindly face, almost heart shaped but leaning on too square, which emanates the aura of an angel. Her hair is dark, a chocolate brown, and her eyes are royal blue, growing brighter with her good moods and more dull with her melancholy moods. She has white wings, when visible, that appear to be feathered. However, this is obviously only in appearance as she wishes it as feathers must be shed and hers are never so.
Bells tends to lean towards the adornment of darker colored clothing, contrary to the irreplaceable white scarf. She enjoys blues and reds, but particularly favors black. Going with her laid back, yet ever so kind, personality, she rarely wears clothing with a stuck up or higher class appearance, but rather her demeanor demands respect regardless of what she is wearing. She often is seen wearing dark blue jeans and shirts of varying formality. One of her constants though is a liking of wearing a long black cloak/overcoat which, rather than appearing menacing, has a sense of business. In this she conceals her weapon, which she rarely, if not never, uses.
Personality:
Bells is customarily a very mellow person; it is her favorite persona to keep. She liked to keep a facade of cool formality, taking problems in stride and never appearing to let the opinions, thoughts, or actions of others bother her. However, like everyone else who gives off this facade, her emotions are a difficult to control whirlwind underneath.
She is a very opinionated person who changes for no one other than herself. Though she will admit when she is wrong, times where she is wrong are few and far between. People see her as a stick in the mud, but she much prefers being seen as "strong willed." Bells tends to keep the company of those who agree with her and will back her up should she find herself in a situation where necessary. In addition, she tends to stay away from those she disagrees with who she believes she cannot change. It is this aspect of her personality that makes her appear judgemental, and in a way she is.
But, though she is an observant judger of those around her, she is also very self sacrificing. Bells is quick to put others before herself, regardless of her own opinion of them. She is a good friend to have in this way and people see that. Gaining her trust is difficult, but once gained is hard to shake. Like she expects to be backed up by her friends she is quick to defend her own as well.
When she is angry she still strives to keep up her cool appearance on the surface, but she has her limit. She doesn't forget things easily, and often events will build on top of each other in her mind as she witholds her emotions until she can control herself no longer. It is at this time that she will often snap at someone and then return to her cool exterior. Her anger thereafter will often be focused upon herself.
Though she can come off as arrogant with her cool formality, she is anything but. Bells suffers from a low self esteem and tends to beat herself up a little too much when she does make a mistake. She expects perfection in everything, and this includes herself. When she loses control, as is bound to happen, she becomes more angry at herself than anything else. Because of this she often needs friends who encourage her, rather than put her down.
