Lyra has the power to phase. Or in other words; she can walk through solid objects or have objects pass through her on a whim. While her power is useful, it requires her to think quickly and complete concentration for her to use it effectively. If she makes any mistakes while using her power, Lyra could become stuck inside something, or receive a fatal injury.
Her last ability is very interesting. With no real name, Lyra doesn’t understand completely how she does it. What happens is, when she feels threatened, Lyra’s blood takes off like a mustang. The colossal amount adrenaline leads to a most interesting reaction. Her body gives off a mind numbing , high pitched frequency wave. Now, this isn’t enough to kill anyone, this is clearly a defensive ability. The effects are only temporary, but they include, loss of hearing, dizziness, fainting, loss of balance, confusion.

Appearance:
While in human form, Lyra stand at 5 foot six. Currently, she weighs up to 125lbs, with long curves and a flat stomach. With great assets, she struts around with her long blond hair following her every move. When meeting another person, her large brown eyes bore into them deeply. Setting aside all things that can be seen, if one looks closer, they’ll see a large puncture wound from long ago, right above her heart. Then, on her back, there is a large burn mark that she doesn’t like others to see. Both remind her of her long history in her short years of life.
On the flip side, she has three major forms that she likes to use. The first, is a power house animal, known as the Siberian Tiger. Just like the real Siberian, she is massive with a glimmering white coat, while sporting thick black stripes. Her tiger form is muscular, and built well. Great for long distance travel or attacking a larger enemy.
Her second favorite form is the rare Resplendent Quetzal bird. This delicate looking form gives her an edge with many humans. When she flies around in this form, she gain much attention in a very positive way. Many can’t understand where this majestic emerald green and ruby red bird comes from.
Lastly, one of her more brilliant forms, is the massive Tiger Shark. When she needs to take to water, she takes this form. She is quick, agile, and armed with a countless amount of sharp teeth. She is marked by her bold printed stripes going down her back, unlike the rest of her similar friends.
Personality:
Upfront, Lyra seems very charming. She always greets, and sees off people with the highest manners. To Lyra, manners are the structure of life. But, one should never be fooled by her charming smile. Like all creatures from a war torn world, she is filled with hate, mistrust, betrayal, and sorrow.
Lyra easily hides the darkness within her quite easily. Just try taking a look behind her brilliant smile. You may not like what you see. Every now and then, keen people will see that small glimmer of hatred and anger boiling in her eyes. These are the people she finds necessary to be friends with. The mindless drones that fill the world are not worthy of her company.
Oddly, there are those she finds necessary to be cruel. She hates wasting her time with people that have no mind of their own. On the flip side of that, she takes pity on those who can't escape from their tormentors. Being a child of a well off family, and verbal mistreatment. She learned quickly that love could save someone’s life.
In the end, befriending Lyra isn’t hard if you aren’t trying to hurt her. When it comes down to the end things. Lyra has a hard time trusting those around her, but when she does, their friendship shall last for eternity.

Lyra was born into a well off family from the very beginning. They had a large country home in the outback of Australia. There, her family was free to run wild with the animals they choice to become. This being said, it would be wise to point out that all her family members are shape-shifters. Each one took the form of an animal from the Amazon, but Lyra had different plans. From watching the television as a young child, she saw animals that were native to her homeland, and imprinted into her heart.
In secrecy, she choose three animals without speaking to her parents. At the age of ten, before properly learning how to become these animals, she was attacked by one of her twin brother’s Hyena friends. Without thinking, she changed into a Siberian tiger, then all went black. When she came too, she was bleeding from the chest and the hyena was dead. Lyra’s brother never let it go. From then on, they beat her and verbally assaulted her until she no longer cried. Sadly, in this family, things like beatings and verbal attacks went unnoticed.
When she turned sixteen, she packed up all she could, took most of her family savings, and left. The fear of being found forced her to flee from the country. Strangely enough, she didn’t miss them at all. She finally felt free of all their mindless abuse, and hatred. But somehow, no matter how far she ran, it felt like everything was watching her.
It didn’t take her long to run to the biggest city she could find to start a new and carefree living. Which means, spending her family’s life savings and working randomly just for fun. In the mist of her fast pace life, she seeks out none to spend her life with. Overall, she is searching for the life she has always wanted, but continues to battle with the fear of being found and the darkness within her own heart.
