The city's underground chambers had been converted into a stronghold and slave headquarters for the Lycans over the past few months. They had control of the city but they still chose to remain hidden, for defensive purposes. Every entrance to the underground was guarded by armed Lycans, as well as huge ballistas. Most of it had been done under the supervision of General Xavier Haas, better known as X. He had been the mastermind behind Kayen's disappearance and he had taken the Vampire Lord's dearest love Ravina as a slave.
The largest chamber had been changed into a living area of sorts for the Lycan General. He was sitting on the edge of a large black bed, waiting for a shipment of slaves to be delivered. He was dressed in only a pair of black sweat pants, his brown eyes looking at the entrance. All of a sudden a group of Lycans entered the room holding a badly injured Lycan. His arm had been cut off and he was covered in blood and mud.
"Kayen... Kayen's back!" The Lycan General stood up quickly and looked shocked. "WHAT?! IMPOSSIBLE!" The injured Lycan glared at Xavier and then he yelled. "HE CUT OFF MY FUCKING ARM!!! And he said he's coming for you..." Xavier blinked and then he growled, silently hoping that Ravina hadn't heard that.

The woman, thought slightly on the verge of her breaking point, had managed to join the Lycan group. Sure, she was a werewolf, but she had the skills to back herself up. Wherever Hiro was, he had offered her a place in his army, and she kept it. Of course, Felix fought smart and hard, not with just muscle, but brains as well. The petite female had the respect of many, and fear of few. "It's true," she murmured, a small growl to her voice. Kayen had injured her when Felix had stepped in to defend two men. Her one arm had not been quite right after that, but then again, the tissue was still healing. The werewolf managed to find help in time, however, and ended up becoming good friends with her protector. There was more to her story, but.. Felix blocked that out for now. There were more pressing matters to attend to. "But if you keep yelling, the whole of our Lycan forces will hear, and they'll panic, dipshit. So please, shut the fuck up." However, Felix spoke to one of the other Lycan that was in the party that had seen him. Felix was with them, yes, but she was also a very skilled tactician. "Why don't you get him some medical attention, and we'll tell the rest.."
There was a friendly smile to her face, but it turned bitter after those two Lycans had left. "Xavier.. he'll stop at nothing to get to us. Nothing, not when you have his little pretty locked up in here." Her emerald eyes did not look away from the commanding Lycan, but she regarded him with some repect, with a calm manner as well. "He knows that she's here. Someone leaked information, and the poor Lycan that got in his way.. he paid an opening price for it. That man was first blood. You know that. We have no choice, do we?" Felix was being bold, but then again, it was rare to see her back down from something like this. In fact, she was outright over-stepping her boundaries. It wouldn't surprise her to be punished.

She was sitting now. Finally they had left her alone to mourn he losses. Her child was the only thing she had left to live for was her child. Their child. This thought only brought her heart more pain, but the sound of her little one gurgling in his sleep was enough to fill her nights for now. Little Alexander was dark like her, but he looked like his father had. The same proud nose, those fierce blue eyes like a storm on a cloudy day. He was a beautiful child. One that she must keep safe.
A thundering of voices snapped her out of her thoughts as she moved to the door to listen. Kayen. Kayen was alive and coming for her. In the long time she had been here, Xavier had never allowed her to speak of the man she loved. And if she did, it resulted badly for her. The threats were always for her child, but he had not acted upon them. Yet. And hearing that Kayen was coming had her bursting from the room and running down the hall to Xavier and Felix.
"He will find me, Xavier. And when he sees what you have done, be assured that he will kill you slowly." It was perhaps the first long set of words she had ever dared to speak to her new 'master' but she would gladly do so again. She looked regally standing there. It could have been the reason he had not yet killed her or sent her off while he killed her child. Whatever the reason, she dared to test it now.

Ooc: Suri Only as a Hidden Spy / Slave?
Then before the Lycan soldiers could leave and just as suddenly as they had entered, the newest shipment of slaves fresh from the battlefield came parading through the room to gather themselves on the right. Strangely enough not one of them had any injuries or even any fear as they stood before the General, in fact they almost seemed defiantly ignorant. Their heads held high as though no one man or beast could tame them, the raggedy bunch of Neko's, vampires and shifters seemed almost as though they already had a master and were in no way impressed by the Lycans fearsome personality. The sea of upturned faces began congregating to one side then as the Slave traders who owned them eventually appeared, dragging with them a rather fiery White Angel disputing their every tug and pull at her golden chains.
"Look 'ere sir... we have Kayen's personal healer in our midst. Hehe... what luck eh?"[/i]
They announced, beaming up at his unusual throne as they dragged the unwilling Angel to the fore front. Blind with rage and insurmountable defiance Suriel was almost useless in such a confined position to do anything other than heal a few minor wounds, the Lycan who'd lost an arm immediately stood out in her mind apart from all the others as his pain was a need best filled by her abilities. Ravina's obvious distress and that of her baby was next, protectively shielding her own little bundle safely tucked away in the pouch at her left hip. Suri reached out to soothe the fear of the tiny vampire baby, needing little to no permission from him to calm him down she had little trouble in doing so. Her own little charge seemed to find the situation just as nerve racking and fled the confines of its safety.
"Wait Kitsune!... quickly, come back before they eat you." She muttered quietly as the Fox-Neko kittens bright orange fur disappeared for the moment underneath the bed where it was dark and quiet, feeling slightly safer at least for the minute she huddled under there. Shivering with fear as Suriel was left to face these demons, the fangs and claws that deprived all of justice and spared none a most painful death. At any rate Suri was not afraid, there was very little that could harm an angel of the lord almighty.[/color]

Xavier was still getting over the shock of the Vampire surviving when Ravina entered and spoke. He growled and started towards her angrily and then he swung his hand immediately toward her face. "If you ever speak to me like that again, I will cook and eat that little leech you call a son! Do you understand???" Before she could answer him, the shipment of slaves arrived. Xavier turned to look at them and then he noticed the Angel and he grinned slowly.
"Well well... what do we have here?" He examined Suriel closely until the bright orange kitten jumped from her pouch. He growled angrily and tried to catch it but it got under his bed. Xavier grinned slowly as an evil idea started to develop in his head. He realized that the kitten was important to her and he was going to use it. He stepped back from the others and then he roared loudly. His muscles started to bulge and his face stretched. White fur grew from his skin as well as ears and he had taken on the form of a huge wolf.
Suddenly he lunged forward and slapped the bed across the room in pieces, leaving the kitten unprotected. His huge, clawed hand reached for the kitten and grabbed it and then he turned towards the Angel. His voice was very deep and barely more than a growl. "This looks yummy... tell me where the Vampire is!!! I hate to eat this... Kitsune thing... hairballs are so annoying!"

The werewolf once had a small smirk of amusement on her face. However, that disappeared as more interruptions came in. First, it was the Ravina woman, the one that had given birth to Kayen’s only child so far; a son, to be in fact. She was now the slave of the Lycan army, Xavier’s own in particular. However much this werewolf loathed Kayen, she could not hate Ravina. This woman was like herself in so many ways, having lost at least one loved love, even for a short time. Felix was trying to get over her own agony at the loss of Lucian, her lover and slave. And soul mate.
But then her thoughts were interrupted, the next input of slaves managing to be ushered right in. A growl came from this female werewolf as they interrupted yet again. However, this provided a small distraction for Xavier. In Felix’s eyes, this disorganization of the species was what would being them down. But no matter, for she was a werewolf. Felix would survive. Xavier either needed to pick up his act, or they would lose to Kayen most miserably. Not only were the whole of the Lycan army here, but women and some children as well. They were her people, despite Felix being a werewolf. She was a Lycan in all ways but the technically definition. Walking over to Ravina, but not crossing that barrier Suriel put up, she spoke as Xavier chased after the orange kitten-thing. “If I were you, I think I would leave as quietly as possible. He’s not afraid to take you up on his threats, Ravina.”
The words were spoken quietly, but almost in a nonchalant was, as though Felix was disguising her true intentions. A rare smile was offered before it was blinked away, and Felix walked up to the man-beast holding the Angel’s pet. “Xavier,” she began, looking him dead in the eye. Of course, he was almost two to three whole feet taller than this femme fatale, maybe even more. “I don’t think she knows where Storm is.. After all, she’s probably just as lost as Ravina. I don’t think she’ll be lying to us.” Felix had not done a mind sweep on these slaves; it was a talent of hers, a natural ability, to see a small gist of what they were thinking. However, if the werewolf felt the need, then she would do so easily, within a second. “I think.. It would be best if yah gave the kitten back to her, and then sent out.. Maybe some more scouts? Someone’s bound to have heard or seen something.” Way out of place for her, but breaking ranks was all well and good.

-It was finnaly time to approach his calling ,a burning desire for amusement in the pit of his stomach. It didnt take Zain very long to find the lair of the /great/ Lycan General. Pay a wolf here...spare one there.., It was only a matter of time. Truelly though he had no just reason to seek out such a bold and dangerous place.., or maybe he did? With that sly smirk of his he pressed his body agaisnt on of the tunnel walls that split into a Y as a group of lycan warriors ran by holding a man who apperently had his arm chopped off? What fortunate luck he thought since that muts blood would easly mask the scent of his own.-
"Now now..what fun do I approach upon in these dark dank tunnels. Will there be bliss?..Or possably horror to bear? Hahaha.."
-With a twitch of his thumb he flipped a coin and caught it in mid air. He was excited and thrilled. Danger around every corner. But then again with a few crafty words....this place would appear to be little threat. Luck was to be played as he eased off the wall and followed the trail of blood before stopping by another grand door in time to hear a giant crash as the General decimated his own bed-
"O...temper..temper hehe.."

She did not flinch as he moved to strike her cheek. It was most likely the one thing that Xavier hated about Ravina; her courage. For so long he had tried to break her will, her strength, and hope. But he had never succeeded and he would not now. Not when she had just heard the words she thought that she never would being uttered. Kayen was alive. Kayen was coming for her and their child. They would be together again. That thought filled her whole soul all at once until she was bursting at her seams to take off. If she could only escape in a few nights. Tonight even would be better. Ravina knew that she could find a way, and Alexander would soon see his father.
Turning to snarl at her new master, Ravina stood steadfast with a look of complete hate written on her Bulgarian features. Snapping gold eyes turned cold, almost silver as she watched her master threaten to kill the poor Neko child. It hurt her heart to see the poor thing, and the Angel even, suffer when she could only do nothing but stare in silence. It was unfair, and it was sickening. Those same gold eyes turned to meet the she-wolf's own. Felix Delos, she remembered the name from her dealings with other Lycans in her past. A true femme fatal, Ravina respected the werewolf. And hearing her give her a small space of time to escape made Ravina's heart soften more to the woman. "Thank you, Felix." She would remember her kindness when it came time; with a bow of her dark head, Ravina faded into the background silently.
As she passed by the Angel, Ravina bent over and offered her a small smile, "He cannot touch your soul, little bird." With a nod of her head, she caught the last end of Felix's words and slipped back through the dark hallways. The Angel would survive, and Ravina would see her again, for she had helped her stay calm and had helped little Alexander as well. Thinking of Kayen seeing his child for the first time nearly knocked her down, but her feet knew what to do. Running as quickly as she could, he appeared as the Goddess Artemis. Lithe, tall, dark, and beautiful. Throwing back her room's door, she scooped her child up and quickly made a makeshift sling that would keep him tied down to her safely. In mere moments, she was sliding out the small window that Xavier had thought her shapely figure was too big to fit through. It would have been, if he had not starved her of blood for so long. Grinning at her master's foolish mistake, Ravina and the child she loved so greatly slipped away into the night without a sound as a wraith would.

Xavier growled angrily as he glared at the Angel and then he heard the words of the Werewolf. She was a female and she was younger than he was, but he seemed to have some respect for her. He huffed loudly and tossed the kitten to the Angel not really caring about its well-being. He glanced around and noticed Ravina had left but he thought she had just returned to her room. After shaking his hairy head like a wet canine, Xavier spoke to the gathered slaves and Lycans.
"Reinforce the defenses of the lair. Triple our recon patrols around the city. Throw these slaves in the holding warehouse with the others. Until further notice, NO ONE other than the soldiers and guards enter or leave the underground alive! We are on code red! Is that clear?"[/b] The giant white Lycan growled softly as he looked around. The others nodded and quickly set to work.
When Ravina had gotten out of the window with the baby, she would find herself in the tunnels of the underground. Patrols of three Lycans walked through the tunnels, and it didn't take long for one of them to see her. They quickly shifted to Lycan form and ran towards her, using the walls and floor just alike. One of the Lycans howled loudly, teeth bared.

Felix watched the man put the kitten down, and that small, scretive smile returned before she turned from Xavier. "Ah, I think I shall be going now.." This werewolf had no reason to stay here and either feel the wrath of this man and his fury, nor be lectured. As she was heading out, the woman took lightly pet that kitten who had survived Xavier's claws. And then the howls hit her, fear running down her spine for but a moment. The werewolf took off running, drawing that handgun that had survived so many people, so many encounters. It was always loaded, and though Felix searched with her nose for the entruder, she found none, until she hit Ravina's scent. No, that was something the vampire mother had gotten herself into. Felix wouldn't help her there. This time, another scent hit her, and she gave a low growl, following that as well. The werewolf followed that masculine scent, a hybrid one at that. Her gun trained on the man, unnamed to her. Emerald eyes didn't leave his form as she trained her gun on the hybrid, smirking. This was her place, her own element here. "Aha, little kitten.. the wolves are somewhat preoccupied. So tell me, what business do you have here?"

Zain had his hands within his pockets as he stood leaned up against the pipe tunnel wall. His eyes were closed and his head hanging down slightly before raising it slowly to open his eyes to meet hers. "O no..looks like I'm busted. What ever will I do? -Zain pushed ff the wall with his foot as he stepped forward into a puddle of water that had some blood trailing into it. Behind in the distance was more blood that seemed to be trickling off a wall. If she were to strain her eyes she would see the wrecked remains of a single lycan with his neck broke as blood came from its mouth-
"I have a idea. Lets play a game. You take me to your leader and we all just live happly ever after. Of course these is..the other option..."
-His body tingled with more excitement as he opened his mouth slightly revealing his fangs while slowly looking to the side at the Lycan behind him.-

"..."
An all too familiar sensation, one she'd felt upon first meeting Mrs. Storm. She was close by so it seemed, the Lycans had not killed her. She must've been taken as a slave, the only line of thought that seemed to make any sense. Kayen had vanished, yet he was not dead that she knew for sure.. call it an old superstitious feeling. The sounds of her black leather boots echoed through the tunnels for the underground, purposely daring the Lycans to come forth from their hole and meet her head on. Her golden eyes glowed with a vicious look in them; murderous, ravenous.. hungry. Was she truly there to save Ravina? Of course not, however her hunger for Lycan flesh, her desire drove her and thus it was possible it could end up a side-task.
The Vampiress issued a soft, challenging growl to the surrounding area as she moved swiftly with her mind set on finding the leader. He would no doubt be a strong and handsome man, a perfect specimen for her desires. There were few of her kind left in the city, only one of her kind specifically. She felt as if she was the only ancient left standing in Noctum, perhaps the others had fled the city out of boredom or fear yet she remained due to her twisted fantasies. She would kill as many as she had to to get to the general of their pack. Men, women, children.. it mattered not to her. "Ravina.." the name was uttered softly, knowing that if she was here it was possible that she would hear it.
Just as she rounded a corner she would be met with a Lycan who seemed just as startled to see her. With a quick show of power and speed, Katia would tear the creatures throat out with her nails, smiling as she felt the blood of the Lycan wash over her forearms. "You would've done nicely.." she appraised his body with a look of approval, his form having shifted back to that of a humans she would could tell that he was a strong one amongst his pack. Down the winding paths she'd continue, she'd have to find someone eventually or end up being captured; that in it's self could work to her advantage. Her long black gown would flow loose against her skin, it's silk fabric covered in the smell of Lycan.
"Come out and play.."

"You have more pressing things to worry about than me or my charges..." Suri finally answered, she'd been silent for the remainder of her ordeal to date. There was no need to speak, any words spoken would have only confirmed his suspicions or sent the dangerously unpredictable werewolf into a bitter rage induced killing spree. She was blissfully relieved that Xavier had chosen not to kill her new Neko child, children were so very important to the outcome of this war and the future thereafter. The howls of warning and tresspass sent a shock wave through her, surely it wasn't time for the rebellion Kayen was building to attack already she hadn't even sent them information of Ravina's whereabouts yet. Having caught the shivering Neko child, Suri immediatley stuffed the small girl back into her pouch were she curled up crying softly into her warm blankets.
As the rest of the slaves were led out of the room and obviously towards the warehouse Suri stayed behind, she felt unnaturally calm and calculatingly cruel now that the howls had stopped and Felix had left the room. Ravina was no-where to be seen and the slaves were now safely out of earshot, leaving Suriel with some harsh words for the general who so deservedly got them. "You dare threaten me by killing a child again... and I shall personally liquify your insides and freeze your bones in place so that when the Vampire Lord Kayen does arrive, he can do whatever he likes to you without the fear of the judgement of my Lord almighty." She spat, her words icily cold and without remorse. Her eyes narrowing to the point of being snakelike slits as the blue inside her iris seemed to crystalize as three different shades of blue.
She was angry and rightfully so, in fact Suriel would have gone further with her words if it were not for the fact that she was being pushed, shoved and otherwise ushered roughly out of the room to rejoin the others in the warehouse. Closing her mouth, her eyes and her ears to anything else the General wished to do Suriel opened her mind and allowed the slave traders to lead her out of the room. Casting a wide net of consciousness out over the complex, Suri noticed several creatures she had not met with before. Most were Lycan or Werewolf, a few were not. She felt Ravina and her child fearful and fleeing, affronted by a Lycan group of angrily worried guards who felt angry that she was trying to escape and worried at what the General might do to them if he found out they'd let her escape.
The others were unimportant to Suriel, she only needed to know the status and well-being of Ravina and her child. Kayen needed to know and for the purpose of her mission so far, she thought it only necessary to help as much as she could. There was little water in the complex for her to afflict her powers upon but Suriel's earlier warning to the Lycan General came flooding back to her and it seemed a good idea as any right now. Concentrating completely on those three guards would have done the trick in seconds but Suriel also wished to extend herself to Ravina, "Thank you Mrs Storm, your loved one will be here soon enough to fetch you. I can give you a method of escape if you so wish it... though I think it would be better if you stayed at least for now. The General is not a particularly forgiving man and he will find you."

Felix still had her gun trained on Zain, but this time, there was a smirk that arrived on her face, almost a mocking one. Zain would be a good match for her, most definitely. It was a nice change from the melancholy mood the werewolf had been in previously. The Lycan behind him stayed limp, body cold. She could tell that from here, besides the scent of death rolling off of him. "Why don't we take the other option and see where that leads us, hm?"
Her words were directly out of any orders a Lycan would recieve under the rule of Xavier. Of course, Felix wasn't a Lycan, so.. why follow those rules? It would be far more entertaining to her as a fighter to do this than just cart the man in to the room where that leader recieved his guests. Personally, she was disgusted by that man, someone who should lead was definitely not him. Al eader needed to be calm, and cruel when need be. That man whom she 'obeyed' now was not her leader. Felix may pretend all she wanted, but Xavier would never have her full support. There were only personal reasons she resided on this side. "Unless of course, this intruder is unwilling to face those consequences?" the werewolf suggested, mocking the man, lowering her gun for a moment, emerald eyes unmoving from his form. "Whatever you'd prefer to do.. After all, you're a guest here." More than before, Felix's tone was mocking.

Ravina stood facing the Lycans with a snarl on her lips. She was on her own here, no one could save her from the beasts that Xavier had let loose. Taking a deep breath, she pulled her child closer still, and felt the pool of Suriel the Angel. Tilting her head to the side, she let her words slide into her mind and she nodded once. Just as soon as her mind was made up, she heard Katia. The vampiress had an insatiable hunger for Lycan flesh in every sense of the word. Not wanting to face the other woman in case she was not in the mood to run into her, Ravina took a taunting step back and fled from the Lycans.
"Consider them a gift, sister," she called out to Katia as she ran back up the path. There were stairs that lead to a hallway that she found would also take her to Xavier's current location. Speeding up, she threw a daring glance back to Katia as the Lycans chased after her. She hoped that Katia took care of the vile beasts in her own sick and twisted way; for they deserved it for all the times they had tried to rape and beat her. Smirking, she slowed down and continued to walk until she was back in the room with Xavier, his men, and little Suriel. The sweet Angel was not still were she had been as she left the room and now, she moved across the floor silently with big doe-eyes knowing that they had taken the Angel to the warehouse again. "Suriel, I must help you. Tell me what to do, little bird," she whispered almost just as silently into the Angel's mind. Xavier was still fuming, but not paying attention to her thankfully. She could distract him; taking Alexander over her shoulder, she knew what she had to do. "My master, please, I must speak with you."
