THE TOURNAMENT (KAYEN VRS ZAIN)

Kayen grinned at the flame in Zain's hand and then he sprang up to his feet. He darted toward Zain but he stopped at the last minute just out of his reach and he grinned. The Vampire Lord stepped back quickly, trying to bait Zain toward him as he spoke. It was time to get his attention.

"Soooooo Zain... who's this little bitch you've been seeing? Quite the looker... but I think she'd look better with a collar around her neck! Don't be surprised that I know about her... I have eyes EVERYWHERE in this city! You don't know half of my power!!!"

He laughed loudly and then he suddenly faded into a thick fog that rolled around the whole ring, about waist deep. This was Kayen's favorite ability. He was literally everywhere, and Zain would have no idea where he would reform.

"Let's see if you can figure this one out!"

Kayen was making a huge mistake. Zain was not going to kill him at first but now that he brung Sabrina into this...He would kill him where he stood. Fuck the contract, fuck the city. This was now personal.

Zains face contorted in anger but he controlled it well. But not well enough in his terms as he watched Kayen turn into a fog. It was a similar move that Zains former host use to use to confuse and kill his opponents. But such a attack was easily overcome if you knew how...and he knew how as the fire around him burned with anger.

"Well now...It seems you want me to kill you. Fine Kayen..You brought this upon yourself. And I promise you. If even a hair has been touched upon her head.. I WILL KILL YOUR WIFE AND CHILD IN THE MOST GRUESOME MANNER I CAN!"

With that Zain shot into the air as he came back down slamming his hand threw the fog and into the mat as his energy erupted out wards in a super explosion that blew away the fog and instantly killed the crowd in a burning raging black fire as you could see the fire licking away at there flesh. The room lay charcoal and what light was in there flickered on and off. Zain was no fool though. He was ready for round three with Kayen.

As Zain shot into the air and destroyed the whole arena, most of the people in the audience were killed. Xavier was blown through a wall. Luckily, Kayen was unharmed and his fog rolled up into the stands. Kayen reformed somewhere in the darkness of the stands, far away from Zain. He quickly ran to the first dead Vampire he found, taking the automatic handgun and ultraviolet grenades from the body. As he turned back to the arena, he took cover behind a fallen pillar and then he lobbed one of the grenades in Zain's direction and the whole area lit up with blinding light.

Zain only had enough time to look up as the grenade went off as it literally blinded him as blood leaked from his tear ducts. It would heal in time but for now Zain would go into a even bigger rage as his wings shot forth from his back. His hair became whitish looking and spiky while his muscles became larger. From his mouth his canines began to elongate as they dripped with his poison. Heavy pants came from his lips as he ripped his hand across the air that bared his long dagger like nails. Each stroke ripping at the air and sending little cuts of energy flying everywhere. As for his wings, one was still white while the other black, but mixed in between each feather was a tinge of red forming. This was considered madness. A demons ultimate power.

"KAYEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'M GOING TO KILL YOU!"

His voice was loud and angelic like a sonic boom as he moved around trying to hint at where Kayen was."

Kayen laughed loudly as he heard the threat. As soon as the lights diminished, he spun around from the pillar and unloaded his handgun into Zain's direction, trying to take advantage of his blindness and then he yelled out.

"You can't kill what's already dead!!!"

Kayen threw the empty gun aside and then he walked over to the railings of the arena, getting a good grip on it. With one hard tug, the pipe broke off in a several foot long, sharpened pole. As he turned towards Zain, he spun the weapon into a ready position.

"How are your eyes? Hurting? I don't think you know pain... although right now your girlfriend surely does!!!"

That was a blatant lie, but Kayen knew exactly how to get into Zain's mind and he had the advantage now.

As soon as the lights went out bullets rang in the air as a few hit Zain penetrating his chest. But it would take more than bullets to take this being down. But he would let Kayen think he was dead as the air was silent. As soon as Kayen ripped the pole and mentioned His girl again it was game over As Zain appeared in a instant beside Kayen. His leg was now healed as he grabbed hold of Kayens wrist with bone crushing strength while his other hand shot forth to grab Kayens throat aiming to crush his neck in if possible.


"Kayen..I dont need eyes to find you. Your annoying voice and stench gives you away as it is."

Kayen yelled out as his wrist was crushed but Zain made a deadly mistake. He should have grabbed both of Kayen's hands, but he went for his throat. Kayen was gasping for air, but he used his free hand and slammed the sharpened end of the pipe through Zain's unguarded head with lightning speed. It should have killed anybody, or at least disposed of him for the moment.

As soon as Kayen used his good hand to grab the pipe from his crushed hand Zain was on top of him as he felt the movement and countered turned and threw Kayen into the chairs of the arena. He was rather surprised Kayen was even able to hold onto the pipe with his wrist crushed, but apparently that was the power and will that Kayen had. After all..Kayen now had a lot to loose. Suddenly Zain caught wind of a new predator in the arena as he sniffed the air yet not being able to accurately pin point his location as Zain let out a low deep growl. It was as many say. Corner a animal and feel its rage.

Kayen flew across the arena and crashed through the chairs, bringing them all down on top of him until he was covered. Meanwhile, Xavier had gotten back to his feet and he was pissed. He howled loudly and turned to his gigantic Lycan form and then he crashed through the wall, sniffing and looking for whoever had hurt him, whether it was Kayen or Zain didn't matter.

"WHAT THE FUCK? WHO ATTACKED ME???"

Hearing Xavier's roar actually calmed Zain as he turned in his direction. So this was what it has all turned into. A war. A war Zain would haft to win. He could not falter now. He could not let these...pathetic excuses for leaders continue to reign. No matter what.., no matter what the cost he was going to win, or at least cripple them. But to do so..he had to kill the light that bound back the darkness within him. His light..his angelic side was like a Governor on a engine that only allowed so much power to come out. Once released..The true being of Zain would come forth. He warned Kayen..He warned him yet it fell on deaf ears. To be honest..Zain never wanted it to come to this. Right now he has control over his own body, but when the other Zain comes out..., there will be no more control. No logical thinking. Nothing but pure instinct to kill. As he hunched over so his nails lightly touched the ground he turned his head in Xavier's direction.

"Well now..seems you have come just in time Xavier.., Free from being the vampire womans bitch now are we?"

He slowly turned in Kayens direction as well.

"Get up.., I know your not dead yet. And truthfully you might want to run Kayen.., I'm sorry things could not be different..But...."

Zain was halter mid sentence as the light in his soul went out. Zain let out a growl as his wings fell to the ground like a cut appendage. His back trailed abit of blood that healed almost instantly. Upon his body light rose around it as new clothes began to form. He was now wearing a long straight jacket that was untied. (Psyche ward jacket.) The sleeves were much longer than his arms which concealed them well. This look may have looked odd.., but it described his true nature very well..alongside with the eerie laugh that came out next.

Kayen growled and started to kick the chairs away from him and then he stood up. His eyes immediately went to Zain and then Xavier and he grinned as he saw Zain transform himself. "I think I'll take your advice and kill you after I kill Sabrina!" Kayen laughed evilly and then he turned into a large red bat, quickly flying through a hole in the roof and into the darkness. He hoped Xavier would be a good enough distraction for his escape.

Xavier roared again at Zain's insult. As soon as he had changed, Xavier leapt through the air swinging a huge, clawed hand at the head of Zain. He didn't realize that he was helping Kayen get away, he was just really pissed off. His huge jaws snapped at Zain's shoulder as he landed, hopefully on top of him. If he did, he would start swinging huge claws wildly at Zain, trying to rip him apart.

Zain shrugged off Kayens comment. Right now this Zains care for the woman was little to none.

Zains eyes suddenly shot at Xavier as the cumbersome beast lept straight at him. Zains red snake like eyes had the ability to evaluate a situation and slow it down to process a appropriate reaction speed as he leaned back before driving his long dagger like nails into Xavier's wrist before spinning fluidly underneath the mammoths arm as he ripped out his claws to bring around another slashing blow to Xavier's mid section before moving into a back flip as he landed kneeling upon the floor. His red eyes watching Xavier as he moved and slipped into the shadows.

All bark...no action. The other Zain should have had no problem taking any of you out. What a disgrace..

Xavier roared as he flipped around and he landed on his back, panting heavily. He quickly flipped over and got to his feet, lunging forward at Zain again immediately. He had healed from the wounds almost instantaneously. He might have been stupid but at least he was consistent. He struck out at Zain's chest again with his gigantic hand, trying to take him down.

This time; however, Xavier had learned from his previous mistake and he kicked his feet down at Zain's body. This way, if Zain ducked, he would be trapped under Xavier's feet. Xavier quickly pushed his entire body weight into Zain, large drooling fangs snapping at his face. Kayen had flown nearly all the way out of the city by now.

Instead of ducking, Zain did quite the opposite as he lunged up wards and flipped in the air onto Xavier's back as soon as Xavier's claws came at him as he began to slash away at Xavier's back balancing himself as his legs squeezed upon Xavier's ribs hoping to shorten the breaths of the beast. As soon as he was there Zain began to slash away at Xavier's back aiming to cut the beast to ribbons and fatally wound him. A crooked smile still upon Zains lips with bits of blood spattering. He was curious to how long the beast could keep this up before he realized what was happening.

Xavier roared again as blood flew from his back. Instinctively, he threw himself to his back without warning and smashed Zain under him. He rolled over and quickly reached up to grab Zain by the throat, trying to keep him down. As he squeezed his throat, Xavier snapped at Zain's shoulder and then his face. It didn't take long for Xavier's cuts to close, the advantage of being a Lycan. "MERRY CHRISTMAS! NOW DIE YOU SON OF A BITCH!"
