Nearly four years have passed since Sailor Moon purged Chaos from Sailor Galaxia's body and thus saved the entire galaxy. Four years in which Neo King Endymion and Neo Queen Serenity were wed and moved on to take their rightful places as rulers of Neo Crystal Tokyo. The world was reborn in a new image that promised nothing but peace and prosperity for many, many years to come. But appearance are sometimes deceiving, as was the case this time. The peace that the citizens of Crystal Tokyo had enjoyed wouldn't last long. For three years, the city thrived and everything was golden; everything was as it should be. And then things began to happen. People began disappearing with no explanation as to why. Those that were found were either dead or suffering from some sort of amnesia. A search for answers only leads to more questions and in the end it is decided that the best way to handle this new threat is to call upon some old friends. But will their help be enough? Nobody can say for sure what will happen; but one thing is certain. As the stars fall, a new day is beginning.
