The worlds have finally found peace and tranquility with each other, and so live amongst one another in harmony.
However, the entirety of Organization XIII still remains (non)existent. Though aside from the unfortunate circumstances, Sora has successfully located Riku, who has fortunately retained his original appearance.
Incidentally, Nobodies are running amock and, combined with the Heartless, are causing more chaos than ever. Together, Sora, Donald, Goofy, Riku, and others seek to completely destroy the Organization.
