When there's a murder at the local high school, Woodland Hills High, the police get involved to stop the murderer and to protect the likes of the students. Many of students won't talk about the murder to the cops, but they are willing enough to talk to their friends about it. With the upcoming election for mayor, everyone is antsy at who is going to run or if the current mayor is going to run again. He has kept the town safe from many of the problems that have been coasting into the mountain town of Colorado, but it doesn't seem enough to help him when he finds out there's a scandal going around town.
