The bird flew along the pier, her eyes searching for any signs of people, any thing that would cause her problems here. It wasn't really that Anari was not in the mood for company, it was more that she was wanting to enjoy the feeling of being underwater in the quiet. This place looked perfect, but she wasn't convinced yet. It was quiet here and she liked that, and the water seemed so clear and inviting. She was dying to be in it. Her eagle form was almost her favorite. There was nothing like flying. She could see anything in the perfect eyes of the bird. The wind felt great on her wings as well. She quite enjoyed being able to shapeshift, it let her see the world through different eyes and experience it in a different body. Speaking of bodies, the eagle form was a large one and she figured it was uncommon to see eagles in the city. The only thing she hated about her forms was that she couldn't go walking the streets in them. She wasn't a dog or a cat so it would be odd to see her walking the streets as a crocodile or chinchilla. Even flying around there in her eagle form might seem a little strange. It didn't matter, though, she was glad to be able to change.
When she was convinced it was indeed quiet here, she dove down towards the waters below. She skimmed the surface, allowing her talons to reach down inside. Cold. 'Damn,' she thought, her eyes looking around once more. It was too cold for her other form. She didn't like the cold water as a crocodile, she preferred warm water. It was strange how that worked. She was uncomfortable in cold water in that form, but in human form she could handle it. It seemed like she was going to have to find a different place to be. She looked down below once more. It was so quiet here. 'Might as well stay here. I can go find another place later,' she thought, lowering herself down to the ground. She changed her form and sat on the pier, staring down into the waters below. She was looking past the water though, not really seeing anything. Anari had her hair tied up in a ribbon as usual. She was wrapping a few strands around her finger as she peered off into the clear waters.
Her mind was wandering, which was normal for Anari. She was quite thoughtful, really. She was wearing a short black skirt and a low cut shirt, her boots that she always wears and of course the cross necklace. Both wrists had black bracelets that she got from a friend a while back. Shee had her legs dangling over the side of the pier and she was leaning forward to see inside. Of course, you couldn't approach her thinking you were going to push her in and get a good laugh out of it. Even though she didn't look like it, she was paying attention. Her thoughts were interrupted by her noticing the scar on her thigh. She sighed heavily, wishing it would go away. It seemed to be her only flaw and she couldn't handle it. She traced it with her finger and wondered how some people accepted things like scars. Some people even liked scars. It was a silly thought, that one. Flaws were by no means something you could like. They were not pretty whatsoever. to get her mind off of it, she began to hum softly. She was becoming more comfortable here, not to say she wasn't paying attention to her surroundings. She definitely was.

He ran swiftly from his pursuiters. He turns swinging his blade cutting down one of the vampires who were chasing him sliting his throat. But was cut and stabbed continuously but the other two. With great endurance he grabbed one and quickly sliced the vampires head off. While using his katana to stab the into the heart of the last one.
He began coughing up blood. Using his sword to keep his body up. "Damn..." He said quietly, removing his cloths. Quickly he change into his lycan form. And ran to the near water area, after about five mintues, he changed back into his human form and fell into the water. At the mercy of his surroundings.

The smell of blood reached her nose and she perked up, noticing a change in the color of the water. It was a very small change, seeing as their was a lot of water and very little blood. She wondered if maybe an animal had been killed, but this blood smelled human. Kind of. She glanced around, finally finding the body it belonged to. It was not that far from her, actually. She narrowed her eyes. She wanted to go into fleeing mode right then, but she couldn't leave him there. 'What if he brought his enemy here?' she wondered, turning her head to the side. A part of her told her to change quickly and take flight, but there was another part of her that said she had to stay and help. He was in the water floating nearby. She didn't want to dive in and change, though, because of the cold water. One other form wouldn't help here, and her eagle form couldn't pull him. It seemed she would have to do this herself. 'Great. I have to get my clothes wet,' she thought, groaning softly.
She lowered herself from the pier and dropped down into the water. They were not too far from the land so it didn't take long to get him over there. Once she had pulled him up and checked to see if he was alive, she jumped away from him, watching carefully to see if he moved. She was crouched down, ready to change quick and get away if she had to. She listened for sounds of others, thinking that he had been wounded in battle. Her senses were not as great as her animal forms, but they were slightly better than a humans. She wasn't sure she was hearing anything coming, but that didn't mean they weren't. If they were silent, she wouldn't hear them. She began to wonder who the man was before her. Of course she had never seen him before, so his face was new to her. She stroked the cross on her necklace as she started down at him, wondering how he ended up in the water in the first place. 'Maybe someone left him for dead,' she thought. She shrugged her shoulders. 'They were not very smart then, he is still living,'

He re-awoke, slowly pushing himself up with his arms. But a pain surge in his ribs, that forced he to fall to the ground. Still no sound was made from him. He felt his face, checking if his bandana was still on his face. It was wet but it was still on, he opened his eyes looking at what looked like a river. He sniff around checking if anyone was around, a smell of someone reached his nose.
Remembering what had happened to him yesterday he bounce up as quickly as possible, into a fighting stance. Looking around, only seeing a girl, she didn't have the smell of vampire or dark angel on her. But nor did she have the smell of Lycan on her. She wasn't an enemy of his or an ally. A growl came from his lips. If she didn't explain herself soon, she could make a small, but decent meal. So he could have some energy to continue moving and look for his cloths and weapon.

He was waking up and her skin began to crawl. She watched him fall back to the ground and she winced, backing away a little more. He couldn't touch her from where he lay, of that she was sure. He was silent, though, and that made her slightly uneasy. 'All I have to do is make sure he is alright and I can go,' she thought to herself. This situation wasn't one she was wanting to be in. Not if he decided to attack her, or if his attackers decided to show up. Once again she listened to her surroundings. She would have much rather been under the water. Too bad it was so cold. She wouldn't have had to be in this situation. She could have had herself a nice snack. Her eyes fell on the man before her. Of course, right now he didn't look too appealing, but had she been in her other form, he would have looked pretty tasty. After all, he was wounded and therefore quite a catch. 'Oh no,' she thought, knowing he was trying to find out if there was anyone around him. She turned her head to the side as she watched him. Maybe they could be friends, she wasn't sure. She could tell he wasn't all human, though.
She watched his eyes as he looked at her. He was wearing a mask on his face and she refrained from giggling. It seemed silly to her. He wasn't wearing any clothes, but that didn't bother her. It was hard to make her nervous and seeing a guy without his clothes wasn't one of those things that did it. She looked down at her own clothes and sighed. Her own clothes were wet from pulling him out of the water. Her hair had stayed dry, though. He growled at that made her recoil, but she felt a little irritation creep up her spine when she heard it. 'How dare he,' she thought, thinking it was wrong of him to be cross with her after she had pulled him out of the water. She wasn't going to be his meal, though, that was not on her list of things to do. "I'm Anari," she said softly and simply. He didn't need much more than that. If he attacked, she would be gone quickly.

He didn't know what to expect from her. But she didn't make any movement. But rather she revealed her name. Her voice was soft and reasurring. He looked down, meaning he was sorry. Blood dripped from his mask. He turned and sat quietly, taking his bandana and mask off. Place his hands into the water and began to clean his face off. What was odd to him was she didn't mention how strange he was to her, like the others. All the tattoos and scars, but most of all his silence.
He turn his head a little. Revealing only a little bit of his face and the scar on his face. "I apologize....If I scared you....I didn't know what intentions you have for me." He said to her, to calm the tension between them. It also revealed he had a deep but soft and kind voice. He turn his head back and continued to clean off his blood. "I was attacked earlier....And I passed out in the river. Were you the one who saved me?" Continuing to relive the tension.

Strange wouldn't have been the word she used for this man. After all, she was a shapeshifter. If anyone was strange, it was her. But then there was the matter of his smell. Wolf. She figured out what that meant, really. Lycan. Or werewolf. She didn't really know the difference. The scars and tattoos didn't really make her think he was strange, either. His silence wasn't bothering her, she was actually enjoying it. He didn't seem to talk much, so far. She accepted his silent apology. She was beginning to relax a bit more around him seeing as he wasn't attacking her. When he spoke, she smiled. "It's fine, sir," she said the same way she had said her name.
"Yea, I did," she answered him. "I assure you, I have no intention of harming you," she said carefully. She saw part of his face and her eyes were bright as she studied what she could see of it. "Who attacked you?" she asked. His voice was calm and it helped her to feel safer around him, though she wasn't to be fooled. She was still ready to flee or talk her way out of it if she had to. Fighting was not her thing, after all.

He could the could feel the tension, but her blood told him otherwise. She still seemed tensed or afraid. But he didn't want to mention it. From the few moments he knew she seemed, kind, respectful and most of all innocent. She was also attractive to say the least, but he did not mention it or motion to her that he thought so. He continued to clean himself off and listened to her words.
"Then you deserve my thanks." He said politely. "It's good to hear that you will not attack me as well. I will surely owe you a life." Once he finish cleaning himself off. He slowly placed his mask and bandana on. "Vampires...Lady Anari...Vampires." He said calmly. "But do not worry I was able to take out their scout for the time being.

Anari began to play with her hair as she watched him. The weather was nice, meaning she was in a good mood. After all, the weather had a tendency to match her mood since she was a shapeshifter. When she was afraid, clouds would form, threatening a thunderstorm, of course, she could only do little things, so the thunder wasn't horrible when it happened. She would have been very pleased to hear that he thought she was attractive. After all, she was pretty vain. Compliments were always accepted. There was still a slight fear of this man attacking her, but it was slowly going away. Her paranoia wouldn't be gone for good, but it would settle down and allow her to get a little closer to this man. That didn't mean she was going to trust him, that was a big no. She couldn't take that chance.
His next words made her smile and come a little closer. "It wasn't a problem," she said. That was somewhat of a lie. It was true that she hadn't wanted to get in the cold water, but she wasn't going to admit that. "May I know your name?" she asked, looking down at her hands. 'Vampires...' she thought, her mind wandering for a moment. "They won't come here?" she asked. There was no fear in her voice now, only curiosity. She wondered if you could reason with vampires. He said he had taken out the scout, which probably meant they couldn't track him here. She wasn't convinced though.

"You still don't trust me do you?" He said softly. "I can understand why. I am a strange...Naked...Man after all. Fresh and bloody from a killing. Right? You could say I'm a crazy man after all." He said in a soft and indifferent tone. "An attractive young lady as yourself might not understand what I am going through. But then again I could be wrong." He said very smoothly.
"Knowing my name will only bring you trouble. I do not want you to inherit the pain that is cause by just knowing me." He stopped for a moment before continuing. "As a woman. And from the moments that you have known me..." He took another pause. Tilting his head torward the sky, inhaling the gentle breeze. "In the few moments that you have known me...What do you think of me?"

"Trust is hard to find in strangers," she answered. This man didn't seem crazy to her, but she wasn't about to complain. She didn't need some crazy naked guy running around here. Actually, she was wondering where his clothes were. "Well...why are you naked?" she asked him. His next words made her perk up. He thought she was attractive. Good. She loved the compliment, it made her warm up to him a bit. He had said she didn't know what he was going through, and she wondered what he meant by that. What was he going through that she wouldn't know about? Did he mean that she wasn't going through the same situations? What situations? She wasn't sure and she decided to ask. "I'm sorry..." she began softly. "I'm not sure what you mean," she finished, hoping he would explain a little bit about what he was saying.
She tugged her skirt down a bit, trying to cover her own scar. She felt bad for this man to have so many. How did he live with them? She wasn't sure. She couldn't have lived with scars like that on her body. Her little one bothered her enough as it was. She had somewhat accepted the fact that she wouldn't know his name, though. She let him talk and stayed silent until he had finished. She watched him closely as well as listened for the vampires who had wounded him in the first place. She was not going to be taken off guard. She looked thoughtful to his question and she leaned back onto her legs. "Well...sir, I can't really tell you. I have only known you for a matter of minutes, there is not much to judge from you. Though I have to say you were a bit...frightening at first," she admitted carefully. She followed up with the rest of what she had to say. "Though, you seem kind, but you have to understand that I can't say that without wondering if this is just an act on your part,"

She had a good mind thats was certain. He surge of exhuastion, went throughout his body. He fell back onto her lap. His head rested easily and softly on her lap. "I am naked because I was being chased." His eyes closed and her smell was really nice...He liked it. "Do you not like naked men?" He said quietly.
"Don't he ashamed of your legs...They are quite lovely." He said in a very sweet tone. He listened intently to her words. From the sound of it she was a paranoid girl. His face closed in to hers to the point where she couldn't see her face. Brush his mask down and gave her a soft kiss to her lips. Put his mask and bandana back on. The kiss was his way to show he means well. He just hopes she understands. He rested his head back on her lap.

When he fell into her lap, she made a small noise that said she was startled and she didn't know what to do. This was all new to her and change wasn't something she accepted well. Naked men didn't fall in her lap and talk to her about being naked. His question made him look down at him with a humorous look on her face. "Such a question!" she said, laughing. Her cheeks were red from embarrassment. "I guess I do like naked men, though I am much more fond of a naked woman," she admitted, giggling. Anari wasn't ashamed of being bisexual, she was happy to admit that. She liked girls more than boys, but that didn't stop her from enjoying men every so often. She was still attracted to them, sure enough. Her gray eyes looked him over and her gentle hands touched his hair. He was warm against her legs, not that she was cold or anything, she just enjoyed the feeling of warmth he was giving her.
Another compliment and she was getting addicted to him. She smiled warmly to him and nodded. "Thank you, sir," she said quietly. It still didn't change the fact that she had the scar and it still bothered her. His next move held her captive. She wasn't sure what to do. He was getting so close to her, his mask moved away. His lips were soft against hers, but she was the first to pull away. "Sorry," she muttered. She didn't move him though, only sat there waiting for something to be done or said. She had not come here to meet anyone, in fact she had almost wanted to be alone. She wasn't enjoying his company, but she wasn't hating having him there either. She was still uneasy about his presence. She figured he would be easy to talk to, if anything. She could stop him if he decided he wanted to eat her, in other words.

Her head backs off from the kiss. It had seem she wasn't attracted to him. That was fine, a kiss is just a kiss. He stretches his body and a reliefing sigh comes froms his lips. Though his wounds were all healed up, he was still a bit sore. He killed the scouts, washed off his scent, and as a scent blocker, the young lady.
"So your bisexual ey?" He said trying to stir up a converstion. For the sake of converstion. Although he had a feeling that she might want to be alone. But he did not put to much mind to it and continued with more questions fo her. "How is that experince? Have you had sex with multiple partners, or are you yourself a virgin?" All this for the sake of getting to know someone.

Anari listened to him sigh, then his breathing. It was a little comforting and it made her sleepy. It was so quiet for those few moments. She had decided that this man wasn't going to attack, or she tried to tell herself that. "I like this place. It's quiet," she said to him. It was a quiet statement, almost asking him if he liked it as well. She wondered if he was here often. Though she didn't think he came the same way he did today, if that was the case. Her hands moved over his shoulders now. She was trying to be comforting, if anything. Humans had a tendency to touch other humans for comfort. His wounds had healed, it seemed, and she was glad for that. She wasn't sure how she could have helped them. She wondered if he was cold.
"Yes, bisexual. Do not judge me for that, though," she said, a warning in her voice. She didn't like for people to think badly of her for that, but she wasn't going to hide it from anyone. She was pretty open with it. Her face went red at his next question. 'Ha, a virgin. He asked if I'm a virgin,' she thought, eyes falling down on him. "I am not a virgin, yet I have not had multiple partners either. I don't sleep around, it's really not my thing," she explained, amusement in her eyes. She was wondering what he was thinking when he asked that. Was he curious or was he thinking he was going to get something from her? Either way, she knew how to handle both situations.
