The sun glared bright over the barren lands. Winds wiped the ground, taking sand into the air and throwing into large dunes. All the dunes stood high, some appeared like a vigorous climb. But, there on the largest one was a small figure of a woman. She was close to the top, and steadily scaling the massive dune. If anyone was close enough they would be able to see her thrust her feet into the sand, repeatedly. She continued on at the same pace, making her look like she was running. Every few seconds, she would adjust the heavy pack on her back, until finally, she stopped. Her legs sunk into the soft sand, looking down, she removed her pack and set it down. Her knees went into the hot sand, but still, she did not stir. Instead, she went into her pack, and pulled out a water container. It was about the size of a milk jug. Gently, she lifted it to her lips and took three sips, then she poured a small amount to her face, neck, and chest.
The sunlight felt so good against she skin. But, still she felt the attack of thirst, and heat. Her skin enjoyed the sunlight, but her mind told her to find shade as her core temperate sky rocketed. Turning her head, she looked out upon the countless amount of sand grains. Each one piled among themselves to create one single pile of sand. Her grinned to herself, the dunes reminded her of humans. No, not only humans but most races. Small, infanticide, yet when they come together, they create a large dune. Somehow, together they are strong, but when many die, it means nothing, the pile continues to grow. How bittersweet. Rolling her eyes at herself, she applied a bit more water to her body then placed it back into her pack. Roughly, she tossed her pack of her shoulder then continued to scale the dune.

The sun attacked as if it was furious at Alanzo as that man walked this desert with no supplies he was regretting the fact, that well he didn't have supplies. With a bit of laughter to break the silence he pushed harder to move forward knowing that with his luck today would be the day he died, but without care the footsteps in the sand kept on appearing as fast as the wind was there to blow erase their existence. In his eyesight Alanzo saw a woman his head told him that this was just a hallucination and that he must be getting tired. Clearing his eyes Alanzo looked again the figure was still there and was actually moving, she was actually good looking. Why would such a lady be here? he thought and just about afterward he fell to a knee breathing heavy.I need to see if she has something to bring me to full health. He finally stood to his feet after trying for a minute or two.
Approaching the female he thought about how exactly to go about this situtation, should he just ask her nicely, wait a bit before asking,or perhaps kill her and just take it without asking at all. Unfortunatly Alanzo was walking so slow that he actually had about all day to think and that means he was most likely going to over think, over thinking was bad for Alanzo since he thinks so fast and over thinking only made it worse for he would be in a battle with his mind trying to find a answer for whatever problem arises. Now while holding his head for the battle begun he drew near the lady, but had his head down to not notice how close she was.

Lyra turned her back to the sun. The heat continued to rise her core, but it gave her little relief. Her exposed shoulders cried under the sun’s attack. But still, she did not stop. Her thin legs carried her up the dune swiftly. It was a loving punishment in her mind. It seemed painful now, but one she sat on top of the dune and had lunch, she would be very happy. Happiness, seemed so trivial to her now, to want such simplicity. Taking a breath, she stopped and turned around to look at the scenery. The sky was a vibrant blue that majestically blended with the soft colored sands. She loved the look of this place, it was so refreshing, so empty. Lyra turned back to the high hill but stopped in mid turn. Something caught her eye suddenly. But, when she looked back out, the sun shifted and blinded her vision. How useless.
Thinking about what she saw, she felt suddenly defensive. Then again, desserts were known for their mind shattering illusions. Shaking off the feeling, she returned to the dune. Even as she continued to climb, her heart was beating faster then usual. It wasn’t like her to feel nervous. Maybe something was out there. She looked at the last hundred feet, nodding to herself, she picked up the pace. She would feel safer at the top, were she could keep her eye on everything. It didn’t take her more then two minutes to reach the peak of the dune. There, she stood on the top, seeing nothing but sand, and random glares of sunlight that blocked her vision. Sighing, she set her pack down. The dune only provided a false sense of security. She wouldn’t be fooled by her fake sense of safety.
She sat down with a thud. How strange it was to be sitting on a dune, alone, and feel in danger. Maybe she was over heated. Pulling out the gallon of water, she took small sips. The entire gallon was filled to the top, she made sure to take very little. She had just enough to stay on the brink of sanity. Grinning to herself, she placed it on the ground. It was time for lunch. Smiling, she pulled out a few boxes from her pack. They were all mid-sized but smelled like they were crammed with food. From the scent someone could tell Lyra had, veggies, fruits, cheese, bread, and meat.

upon looking up he realized that he was further from the girl then he was before. Alanzo sighed Damn this bitch won't stop moving. He thought of this before he seen that she had stopped moving and sat down to what it seems eat lunch. As the woman opened her pack Alanzo smelled food and something else, hard to determine Alanzo pin pointed it the smell was nervousness. With a smile he laughed evilly and figured that this situation should be easier then he had thought. With these scents about the heat no longer effected him and his tiredness was gone as he charged towards her with quickness almost as if he was planing on walking up pushing her away and eating her lunch like a bully would do. On his way up he started to think just like before but his head quickly shook it off as he wasn't thinking and was driven by his cravings.
When he was close to her his nose sniffed again and his body went crazy as he huffed and puffed as if he hated this female. He walked in front of her and stayed huffing and puffing for awhile until he opened his mouth. "Hey!!!" he yelled as if he was about to kill her. "How are you?" He regained his head and spoke calmly and peacefully while wondering how much of an idiot he just looked like.

Lyra stuck a carrot in her mouth. It was so lovely to be sitting, soon to be enjoying a meal. God forbid anything that might disturb her. She laughed at bit into the carrot. On the side, she pulled the water to her lips. She drank down a good swig. Water dripped down her chin and onto her chest. Putting the water back down, she finished off her carrot. Lyra picked up the container of fruits. Opening the lid, her eyes gazed upon, strawberries, blueberries, and apples. Just as she placed a blueberry in her mouth. Her eye caught a glare from the sun, then it disappeared. In the shadows of the glare, her heart stopped. Lycan.
What was a Lycan doing way out here? Not only that, why was it walking so fast? Her muscles tensed as his speed suddenly doubled. He wasn’t more then a few feet away. A low ring started to seep through her skin. The Lycan must think she is human. That could prove to be useful if he suddenly attacked. Slowing her heart rate, she didn’t want to give anything away. The very low humming stopped. She looked at him closely. Her nails were digging into the plastic containers. Then, suddenly, he said hey to her. Well, more like screamed it. Her eyebrow lifted in wonder. How strange of him. Then he asked how she was doing. She didn’t speak at first. She wasn’t sure if he was crazy or not. Either way, it wouldn’t be the best idea to upset a hungry Lycan.
“Hello. I- I’m fine. Thank you. How are you?” Her entire sentence sounded so strained. She was amazed anything came out at all. She didn’t know what to think about this Lycan. He seemed to be trying to gain control of himself. Like so many of his kind. They were all strangely driven by wants. Well, to each their own. Lyra brushed sand from her palms then stood up. Shaking all the sand off of her, she noticed sand sticking to her legs. Good for her. Rolling her eyes at herself, she moved on. Lyra placed her hand out.
“My name is Reimont. Pleased to meet you,” Lyra placed on her best smile. She didn’t appear to have anymore strain in her voice or face. She was now cooled, collected and charming. Her hips moved to the side, while her chest went out. She was showing all the assertiveness she could. He would know that she wasn’t someone who could be pushed around.

She speaked and when she did Alanzo sensed her cautioness and heard how her words sounded as if they didn't want to come out at all. His body seemed as if he was flexing or showing off his muscles but he wasn't and it was just his head making him angrier then he already was for some reason. She spoke again this time she sounded fine and said her name Reimont? Doesn't sound like a normal first name must be a last. Alanzo laughed this woman was all of a sudden talking normal and maneuvering her body as if two seconds ago she could barely talk. Though he didn't want to see rude no matter how silly this girl seemed so far.
Hmm, My name? "My name is Achilles. obviously lying for telling the truth in this situtation wouldn't benefit him at all especially since he didn't choose if he was going to execute her or if he was going to be a nice guy today. He looked at her, eyeing her up and down as well as left from right he even thought about walking around her but that would just be akward and ccreate more confusion. " Don't worry I won't bite, well I'm not sure yet your skin is looking so tempting I mean you look delicious. Alanzo laughed showing his fangs that were sharp enough where he could almost eat diamonds though he wouldn't I hope I don't scare her,heh this one should be fun to mess with. Plus know I have time to think of a plan before I do something I can't change back..

This Lycan was strange. Lyra couldn’t wrap her head around this creature. His body was telling her that he was angry, and dangerous, but he didn’t attack. No, instead, he was treating her like a chew toy. Once he spoke, she knew he was playing with her. She watched his body for any sudden movements. Lyra scanned everything, it was hard not too. He had massive muscles, and his height towered over her, no contest. Setting aside, the oblivious, he was good looking.
Lyra listened with her head tilted to the right, while her hand rest on her hip. Achilles, he said. Right. She placed a smirk on her face as she watched him. His eyes seemed to be devouring her body the same way he wanted to devour the food and water. She wouldn’t allow that. She stepped forward as he spook, he must she was foolish for dominate nature. A human would feel the need to run, scream, anything but advance. But, she wasn’t human, and she wouldn’t be taken lightly by anyone. She moved closer to him, her body was up against his within a matter of moments.
“Tempting? That’s it. Well, I suppose I should work on that.” She smirked at him. Her index finger traced his shoulders down to his chest. Smiling, she turned away sharply, her long blond hair flew back with the wind. Her scent, and hair flew in his direction, but she didn’t stay put long enough for her to see his reaction. She moved back to her stuff swiftly. Her hips swayed from side to side, that was only the beginning. Smirking to herself, she bent over to place everything back in her bag. How interesting this would be.

Alanzo couldn't help but smile. This women is acting as if he can not hurt her. The touching annoyed him slightly but it wasn't anything serious to the point of attacking and before she touched him she talked as if she was toying with him. When she turned her hair and scent flew his way though the scent was the only thing that really got Alanzo's attention. A sniff and a magnificent smell entered his nostrols using restraint he acted as if nothing happened and still waited to see her actions. His eyes followed her as she started to put everything away. Fuck!
As she was putting the stuff away that was the only thing he was thinking. I guess I'm just gonna have to take her instead It's not like he really cared since she seemed as if she knew something was going to happen. "Your putting everything away? Aww I hope I didn't scare you I just wanted to play and have a bit of fun." He walked over smiling stopping right behind her to the point where you can feel someones presence.
