Alaya took a look around the apartment building. She had no idea why she was here only that it was the only place she could go without being noticed. She hated the life as a slave but at the same time it was thrilling. It all depended on the master and the other slaves. She never liked to stay long in one place and she hadn't come to the apartments yet, not really a nice change of scenery.
Her eyes darted around the room she had entered. It was empty and the paint was chipping away. It was dark but her eyes didn't take too long to adjust to the dim light. The room smelled of dust and rotting wood. She sighed wondering what brought her to this gloomy room. She had no one to talk to and was often alone but for some reason it felt wrong to be alone at a place like this.
She played with her hair a bit as she tried to figure out the best way to keep it out of her face. Her black pants were ripped at the knees and torn at the bottom. She had on a dark purple tank over a black long sleeved shirt. She jumped slightly as she heard some noise from behind her. Turning around she saw no one. She mumbled under her breath, scolding herself for being so jumpy.

He entered a quiet room, with his silence equaled to the room. No one was in it, a very eerie scene indeed. He turns to hear a noise a sqirums of such. Followed by a faint and soft sigh. A slave perhaps? He moved slowly to the noise, to see a woman in torn up pants. He wore his black silk pants with its red dragon trims. His long silk shirt over his shoulder.
It seemed that she was in need of some help. He walked over to her, then saw her jump. She was really jumpy. He had a soft spot for slave like creatures, so he couldn't help but move in slowly and try to help her. He stood there quietly waiting for her to spot him. Not the best way to greet someone but then again he didn't want her to wildly attack him if he came to close.

Alaya turned. She noticed that the sound that made her jump was from a man. No a Lycan she believed. Every creature gave off a different aurora so he most likely was a Lycan. She could be wrong, she wasn't in her right mind at the time. She hoped her senses wouldn't betray her since she knew her mind most likely would.
"Who are you?" She whispered. Her voice was serious. He wasn't a slave, that was for sure and she didn't want to know what he would do to her. She had to stay on her guard. She kept note that there was a open window not too far off. If need be she could fly out. She only hoped that it didn't come to that.

"I am Yausmi Yakamoto. And you are in my room." He lied in case of her belonging to his enemy. So he used a member of his packs name. "I wish to help you. I guess, unless you are some kind of burglar." He said softly with a soft laugh. "Here." He walks over to her cautiously and hands over his silk shirt. "I am only human. And last time I check we have to stick together."
"But then again I could be lying. With all the wars and such." He said with another laugh. "Oh there I go again blabbing like an idiot." He looks at her with a fake playful look. "Or I can be a vampire! After you delious blood!" He said in a mocking voice towards the vampire. "For I am Count Dragula! Or something like that." He continued with this lie so he could make her feel more confortable. "I am sorry for the room. It is a dump!"

Alaya didn't relax. She could of sworn he was a Lycan. He didn't act like a vampire and he was defiantly not human. She looked around the room, no one had been in it for a while. He was hiding something. She didn't blame him but really who was he fooling. Well just about anyone. She didn't know anyone who could sense things from other. She rolled her eyes.
"Okay lets start this over. I think you are a Lycan, this isn't your room and you like to toy with other people. Tell me if I am wrong" She said sharply. That was a little blunt but she wasn't know for beating around the bush. It could be a good trait but other time not so much. She just had to make sure he didn't gain a upper hand.

He looked at her, his acting really needed work. He sighs a bit. Making himself relax by, rolling his shoulders back and forth and rubbing his neck. "My...My....Don't be so testy with me. I really hope you mean't well by that." He said in a more serious tone but keeping it soft. He licked his four sharp human teeth. "All I was trying to do was be nice to you and offer you something to wear. Seeing as almost everything is torn. But then again I look like a big bad wolf, now don't I? Unless well you are blind which I highly doubt."
He yawned a bit before he continued. "Yes, yes and no." He said casually. "I am indeed a lycan, so go ahead and hate me if you want. I don't care either way. No this isn't my room, it is rather well..." He looks around a bit. "Unfit for even a lycan, such as myself. And No I really don't like to play with my food or prey. But your not either, I wanted to feel a bit more safe around me. After all you are alone, I know this to be true." Everything he said was the onest truth.

Alaya took a deep breath. Alright so it seamed he was telling the truth. That was a good start. Not that it mattered, the situation could change very quickly. "I am perfectly fine with what I am wearing now, and no I am not blind just cautious" She said. "But who isn't these days?"
If he knew she was a slave, he didn't show it. And if he didn't know she wanted to keep it like that. She hated to be at a disadvantage in a place like this. She relaxed slightly hoping that nothing would happen. That would be a great change, but knowing her something would happen.

She still refused her kindness a minor set back. He could understand her view point, she was alone and knowing he was a lycan, it quickly revealed something to him. She was a slave. That would explain her jumps, the fear of being recaptured. Her cautious movements, suchas not accepting his kindness. And of course the plain fact that he was a dark figure in a dark room with her. He could easily...Take advantage of her in any way possible. From torture for info on any passed owners, to killing and using her for his cravings, or to raping her. But his own slaves wouldn't like that kind of behavior from their kind master.
He looked at her once more, he was done with her sass. He was trying to be kind to her yet she refused, it was like a spit in the face for him. That disrespectful whelp, he remained calm on the surface. Threw his shirt over his shoulder and began to walk the other direction. "I apologize..." He said softly. Only turning his head. "I will left you to the other lycans and vampire, who have less control than I. It is one thing to be cautious and it is another to be rude."

Alaya wanted him to leave but for some strange reason she didn't want him to go. In this place who might come around. So far she was lucky he wasn't going to hurt her. Great no what was she going to do? Her mind was swimming with some comeback. Why not just apologize for being rude? It might not be in your nature but really, what do you have to loose? She sighed.
"Look I am sorry for acing rude. Its just I like to have a little bit of freedom it is hard to come around these days. I don't want it taken so soon if you get my meaning" She whispered not knowing if he heard her. Why was she acting so nice. This was a shock considering how she had been treated by Lycans.
