Isis had reacted subconsciously there, not really paying attention to what she was doing, but simply continuing with it. Her body seemed to be moving without the girl's consent, and thus, Isis didn't really care at this point. "It's not too late to try," she quipped on the fact that she didn't talk on a regular basis, deciding that she would heed what the woman wanted and stopped talking about being a slave. Honestly, people assumed that Isis was abused or something. Master Erif took good care of his pets for the most part.
The woman did lack any sort of social skills, and Isis pitied her for living a life of solitude. Though Isis herself usually refrained from talking, she did know how to handle some people. "I'm a necromancer." It was whispered, though Isis posed no shame. If another had been through what the blond had, they wouldn't be ashamed either. "You know.. summoning the dead is my defense and offense," Isis explained further, unsure if the woman knew what a necromancer was.
A smile was on her gentle face, round and cute, and Isis walked closer to the woman, trying to give her some personal space. "That's mainly the reason I'm a slave."

" Necromancer huh?" Phay had heard of them but this was her first time meeting one, well at least the girl wasn't a vampire. Phay looked up at the sky the stars were clouded over guess that took star gazing out of the question.
Phay stared at the girl from the corner of her eye...the dead- "Wait don't you have to have already died..." Phay didn't finish her sentence this girl was dead!? Or had died Phay wasn't sure but the idea of walking and talking to a dead person like they were your best friend made her feel a little awkward if not creep out.
Even though she had dismissed the slave thing it was bugging her, the girl seemed happy even with her current occupation...It didn't make sense to Phay she would hate being forced to do things for others.
The city lights were now coming into view. "Thank god..." So far so good no sign of trouble she let herself relax a bit. The girl hadn't said a thing she seemed lost in thought. "So..." Phay couldn't believe it starting a conversation was so unlike her but the dead silence was starting to get to her. "How long have you lived in the city?"

It seemed that nothing went unnoticed by Phay. Isis lessened her smile, looking down to the ground when she answered the woman's question. "Yes.. though others have attained powers like that differently. I'm not dead, not now, but yes, I have died." She purposely left out how she died, or what had happened in that realm of which only one being had control over.
The silence that greeted Isis when she was done speaking wasn't a peaceful one, but then again, it wasn't like they were talking up a storm. A small shudder went through her, thinking of encountering a rogue Lycan again. That would have terrified her, and Isis would probably have fled rather than fight. "Since I was ten.." she said quietly. There was more. When she was ten, she had been taken as a slave, which was how she travelled through masters and finally arrived under the control of Lucius Erif, presented as a gift by the Lycans.
"Once you get used to it, the city will become your home.. at times, it repels you, and others, it hides you and keeps you safe, Phay." Her footsteps were quicker, and the smile was back on her face. As she laughed with the simplicity of just dancing her way around, enjoying herself. However, as her foot touched the ground, a pulsation came to it, one that said the two females were not alone. A small hiss came from Isis, backing up next to Phay. Isis had stopped her dances, and thus, was now worried about what exactly it was. Looking down to Phay, Isis said, "I don't know what it is.. but it's definitely following us."

Phay watched her dance around, like some child strung up on sugar Phay grumbled failing to see the merriment of the situation. She was about to tell Iris to stop when the girl suddenly stop moving inching herself closer to Phay. Her eyes became very serious making her look years older than she actually was.
Phay's eyes widen she scanned around searching for any signs of movement in the tall grass. Far off on the other side of the field near the entrance of the woods something was coming. Crows stretched as they flew to the sky from the obvious danger.
Phay looked over at Iris to see the girl trembling, she was staring in the direction of the forest. Phay could tell that Iris knew exactly what it was and that she didn't like it.
Phay looked over towards the forest and even though there was little light Phay could make out something coming towards them in full tilt. It gave out a rather large roar and that was all it took for Iris to start running.
"H-hey wait!" Phay ran after her looking back only once to see the what she now guessed to be a lycan running towards them picking up speed as it dash towards them teeth bared.

She let out a feral snarl. It wasn't something that she had been prepared for. Her body had healed, yes, but she was still very fragile on the inside. It had traumatized her more than the necromancer had cared to let on. As she fled, she turned back to look, only once, to make sure that Phay was following her. The blond was trembling as she continued, running full out, her slightly baggy clothes trailing behind her as the wind rushed past Isis. "Phay.." Isis said, nearly out of breath, terrified and trying to hurry the hell outta there. However, her pupils dialted, beyounf the iris, and took over her her eyes, making them a solid black. A soft rumble was heard in Isis' ears, and with a wave of her hand, two of the men that had died went after the Lycan. Of course, they weren't rotting corpses - no, the men wee just as stable as when they had lived and walked the earth, kept that way by Isis' powers. Of course, they were no ordinary men either - one was a ninja, trained in the Edo period of Japan, and the other was an English mercenary, having died in Britain by the beheading on orders of the king. They would take care of the Lycan, and, if they failed.. well, at least the men had delayed them, no? After all, they couldn't die again, and they were two of Isis' favorites. They were always willing to protect the girl.
The whimper came from her before she could stop it. After slowing in her steps, Isis turned to Phay, her large brown eyes now black fully, though she wouldn't let anyone see that. The strands of blond hair hid them. "L-Let's just get in C-Cyanide.." It was a club that she was familiar with - being a slave and up for auctions at times made things easier to tell, and where to find the place. They would be safe there, for the other creatures of the city certainly wouldn't let harm come to the slave of Lucius Erif, who controlled most of the city. Isis was under his protection, and so it would remain.

Phay watched the girl before her as she had suddenly stopped. Phay gave her a questioningly look. "What are you..." She was answered when Iris pulled two corpses out of the ground.
"Holy shit.." Phay didn't mask the surprise in her voice. She backed up closer to Iris. Phay's eyes widen to Iris's instructions, the....cyanide!? No way Phay was going back to that hell hole that's were she...
She quickly dismissed the memory she had more important things to worry about but one way or another Phay was not going to that club. The lycan was quick to slash the soldiers in half making it's way to the two girls. Phay looked back to see that Iris was now running making her way towards the city. Phay ran trying to catch up with the girl but the lycan was to close and in one swift jump it had knocked her to the ground.
Phay struggled to get the damn creature off, it snarled at her slashing it claws one of them digging deeply into Phay arm. Phay let out a cry of pain before reaching for her knife and with some great difficulty she managed to pull the knife out her boot, stabbing the lycan in the throat cutting it's main artery. It flopped to the ground next to her; dead.
Phay got up, panting heavily she looked up to see that Iris was gone. Phay scanned the field but the girl was no where to be seen. So with that Phay made way to the city planning to go to a near by park to clean the god forsaken wound.

Isis was a coward. She had accepted that part of herself a long time ago. But yet, she couldn't do a thing to stop her fleeing. Lycans made her shake at the very thought of them, and encountering another one was not in Isis' plans, of now or even ever again.
Of course, she had left Phay there.. her men were taken by surprise, and thus, were inadequate to deal with a Lycan of that size. They would learn from their mistakes later, but now.. it was in her concern to find Phay before she was in too much pain to move. The necromancer had no idea how bad the human's injuries were, but she would at least try and help Phay.
Her palm was pressed back to the ground as her eyes returned to their normal color, brown and doe-like. Isis could identify the pulsations she felt, if she were familiar with the person enough. She was heading to the park, and Isis fell into silent steps behind her, looking down at her feet when she finally found the woman, sitting on a bench, and Isis was ashamed of herself. Sitting next to her, the necromancer gently took her injured arm, and pulled out some gauze from within her robes of red, along with some things to fight off infection.
Gently, she wrapped it after disinfecting the wound, not saying a word, her lips pressed tightly together, though her hands were slightly shaking. She would be alright, Phay. The Lycan had not broken any bones, and thus, she would heal, though it would be a little while. "I'm sorry," she whispered, finishing wrapping it up, a small bit of blood seeping through. Her eyes were downcast, and her bottom lip quivered. She hated feeling like this.
