Powers/Abilities:
-Necromancy- He is able to speak with the dead, and "see" them. These two do not take much strength, and are not controllable. He sees them when he sees them and can chose to speak with them or not, but he can not ignore their cries long. Razor is also able to bring a corpse back to life, but is only able to if he has had a full filing of energy. To get that kind of energy he must drain a body.
-Kinetic Energy Manipulation- Razor feeds off the energy of a person, the best method to get this energy is through movement. While being able to drain someone of their energy he is able to control mild movements. While these movements are small, as he can not force a person to bow before him, but he can force someone to move an arm or limbs in a particular manner. Movement of limbs is boring and has little effect on his energy levels, as he just 'borrows' the energy of another person.
-Telepathy- Razor is able to read minds, not the typical 'I pry into your mind and force you to do stupid things for my enjoyment', but able to hear what thoughts people are thinking, with exception of Lycans and Werewolves. He is not able to force people to do what he wants through this power, but is able to think-speak with them. This method of communication takes time to master and he has long since mastered, he is able to speak with anyone that he has an 'imprint' on. This imprint is an interment knowledge of their mind, all his closest employees have been imprinted. Imprinting someone takes quite a bit of effort, so hates it when people kill of his main employees.

Age: Razor's age is unclear, he seems to be in early twenties. He often mildly jokes that he walked with the dinosaurs.

Height: Around six foot two.

Weight: One hundred ninety pounds.

Occupation: Leader of Phsyic Vampires; Owner of night club and mastermind behind the slave rings.

Weapon(s): Razor used to believe that age was he strongest weapon, but found a liking to sais and old style revolvers.

Accessories: Razor's fashion changes with the times, but he always has a black, leather wristband that is about three inches wild with his family insignia engraved into it.

Appearance: Razor's appearance seems to be one created by the gods themselves, while he cares little about what other people think of his appearance. His body is fit, as there is very little fat on his body and because he refuses to sink to the level of his brethren and drink blood and sink to a humans level and eat that food, he has little trouble keeping his body trim. Although it isn't necessary, Razor will run, if not to calm him mind then something to do to fill his hours.

His chocolate eyes are always in thought, lacking the emotions the rest of his face seems to show. While his face seems to show few emotions beyond anger and calm. His chocolate brown eyes seems to clash with his black hair in the sense that his hair is in every direction, but not in a disgusting, bedhead style, but in a very controlled fashionable style.

Personality: Razor does not contain a single bones of arrogance or
superiority, rather his presence commands the room, drawing the attention to himself, rather that yelling at people to do so. He finds leaders that do that are lacking in the true abilities a leader has. He is not heartless, but will not shower people in gifts they do not deserve. He is just, in that sense that he will take care of his people, and worry about the rest in due time.

While Razor commands total respect of his subject and employees, he does not make it seem like a chore, and will rewards those that serve him well. But it is see that he has a kinder side with his slaves. He is slow to anger and will not jump to violence unless there is no other option. He sees the Lycans as a business partner, he does not trust them fulling, and it is that constant believe that he may not make it to see the next generation of vampires, as we all evolve.

It was fine and dandy of course, that humanized belief that what they can not see, they do not need to worry about. That saying, ignorance is bliss, they seem to live by it, trying to forget as much of what they ca as fast as they can; their job, their lives, that whores name. It was almost disgusting how little they wanted to know. But him on the other hand, he had to know everything, and didn't want to miss anything in his growing empire. Of course, it helped he had some friends in high places.

It was the hurried heartbeat of a neko that brought him out of his thoughts, that bored look still upon his face. He gazed over the club he was running, while avoiding looking at the back door, the one that doesn't go anywhere. Razor learned a long time ago that if you paid attention to one object over another, people are bound to look, and because they all must know what was causing him to look there. He had seen cities fall and riots start because someone paid a little too much attention to one thing or person.

Sighing and settling into his throne-like chair, Razor watched the small neko make her way up to him. 'Ahh, seems the tigress found something. His lips made no such sign as to reveal his mood, while his eyes seemed faraway, on other more important things, as this neko must be bringing the newest gossip. Watching her finally make it to his seat, she was trembling and terrified, something had shaken her up, delightful. He boredly looked over at the girl, she made no attempt to hide what she was, he always did have a soft spot for nekos..

Without having to bark a command the girl started to sputter and slur, always an attractive feature. Taking a deep breath, the girl started again, her sounds making words and shaping into proper sentences. "The Lycans, they want more. They say they want a revolution." The small girl bowed quickly, exposing the back of her neck, if he really wanted to, he could kill her now, but decided against it. Taping his fingers on the arm of the chair, he thought for a moment, if only that.

"A feminist by the name of Gloria Steimen once said 'Sex and race because they are easy and visible differences have been the primary ways of organizing human beings into superior and inferior groups and into which this system still depends. We are talking about a society in which there will be no roles other than those chosen or those earned. We are really talking about humanism. This is no simple reform. It really is a revolution.' We sort people into those groups, humans slaves, lycans and werewolves dogs, and vampires, they are the dirt below our feet. We do not need to worry about they lycans, they will get their money, and their war. Tell them that." Razor watched the girl as she skirted the crowd and ran off, trembling, if not the same than more. Razor tapped a finger against his lip, but son got bored of the action.

Turning to a bodyguard to his once side, he sent a quick and simple command into his mind. 'Get Incardnay, that auction will be starting soon, and see about getting me a new girl.' Done talking the vampire beside him, Razor sunk back into his thoughts, ignoring the selfish girls that wandered up to hair chair, chattering and giggling to themselves. Power always had it's downside.
