Picture(s):
Name: Adam Morgan
Alias: Morgan
Sex: Male
Sexuality: Closeted Homosexual
Race: Reanimated Human
Powers/Abilities: Resurrection - after killed or mutilated, he will eventually revive. Depending on the method and extent of injuries it will take up to five minutes to five hours.
Age: 28 in appearance, but much older. Was born in the early 1900s
Height: 5' 6"
Weight: 124 lb
Occupation: Police Officer/Profiler usually (possible slave later)
Weapon(s): Two pistols he has with him always on his shoulder gun holsters
Accessories: A watch. nothing special.
Appearance: Adam is very skinny. That is very well noticed. what really stands out is the pale shade of his skin and his bright, luminous green eyes. He also has dark, rosy red hair, cut short but full - not always styled well as he tends to forget about it since it is not all that important. Adam also has dark circles under his eyes almost always since he rarely ever sleeps. He wears mostly sweaters and jeans or khakis and can be seen regularly in a white collared shirt with a navy jacket and brown pants. He sticks with usual casual wear.
Personality: Calm, collected - unless threatened. He doesn't like being threatened, it brings back unpleasant memories. Although he knows himself to be technically "immortal" he is weary of weapons being pointed at him, and might go a little savage on you in a protective, animalistic instinct. He can also be very frank and to the point, wanting his demands then and now, as well as being sarcastic and a bit short tempered in moments.
He is absolutely obsessed with trying to find his killer, Mr. Erling, and will stop to nothing to get to him. The obsession has gotten so far that he may even kill innocent people that are in his way to reach the warlock.
Mostly when referred to as Morgan, he comes off as edgy and moody, not to mention violent in nature. He doesn't hold his temper and any other emotion well. When called Adam, however, he seems to be meeker, weaker, and generally a push over. He does, however, argue a lot and act stubborn when he wants to be.
Adam may also face himself in the mirror and interact with his reflection, which obviously, is Morgan, and the encounter doesn't always end well. He may also subcutaneously project his other self outside of the mirror in that case he tries to ignore Morgan to the best of his ability. He is technically the personification of his older self before all the shit happened to him.
Appealing Characteristics: Soft spoken (generally), kind, good hearted, does not like to give up, sets his mind on something and doesn't end it until it is done, quick thinker, courageous
Appalling Characteristics: Tends to drink a lot, has had run ins with heroin, his mental instability, his attitude when he is Morgan, anger, obsession drawn, a bit melodramatic sometimes, stubbornness, hard to get him to trust someone
Likes: Anything that doesn't get in his way; hints to whereabouts of his enemy, finding his enemy, defeating his enemy
Dislikes: Being thrown out of buildings, being stabbed, shot, injected, prodded, abused - and he doesn't eat brains, leave him alone!
Fears: To never get to rest in peace, pain, suffering, never finding Erling, the loss of his sanity, to be caged and tortured, hell, losing himself and falling into Erling's control
Strengths: Rather flexible, fast on his feet, good aim with fire arms, and the ability to not stay dead.
Weaknesses: Human frailty. breakable, weak stability of the mind and physical being.
History: Born in the early 1900s, the old America, Adam Morgan had a normal, pleasant life - and like his father, decided to become a police officer. Now during such times, he became a very favorable cop, part time with detective work. And during this great career of his, murders began taking place around his city. Blood being drained out of particular victims - some of which hardly looked like people at all, as if the killer mutilated them. (not truly the case, but the human-like creatures he saw were unexplained at the time unless people thought he was crazy not to label them as human). in search of this killer, by finding clues, albeit oddly placed ones...as if the killer wanted Morgan specifically to find him.
So he did, in a very wealthy, well respected scholar's home. Mr Ulrich Halvard Erling. A man who immigrated from Russia for further study in his work. But it turned out that this man was no true scholar, not in everyday definitions. Oh, no, he was a warlock...and he had been conducting something horrid.
As Morgan watched in horror as this man mutilated a young woman, draining her blood in his own living room - into some kind of grail. And then he drank it.
And as the man turned to smile at young Adam Morgan, Morgan knew he was waiting for him...to finish some sort of ritualistic sacrifice...or something. Although he fought Erling off far longer than he expected, he knew this man wasn't even trying...but finally a strange, carved knife found its way into his stomach - twisted painfully through him.
He found himself in a circle, decorated and drawn in blood - either his own or the poor woman's, he didn't know...but what he saw was that nothing else in the house was left...and he was alive!
Sort of. The wound was still bleeding, but he didn't feel tired or weak - he barely felt pain. Yet, he couldn't stand up, not yet...his body had fallen into a stiff stage from being unconscious for who knows how long.
But Erling stepped in, pulled him up, and smiled. He said something about how he discovered that he could indeed bring someone back from the dead, as well as making someone immortal. Not really taking all of this in, Morgan only stared dumbly at him. Erling rolled his eyes, healed his wound and started out the door. Before he left completely, however, he stated that going back to his current life was impossible - that people would notice Morgan no longer aging, or that he looked...off. Maybe even smelled a bit funny.
When the warlock left the policeman high and dry, Morgan was enraged, and vowed to go after him, no matter how long it took him - and drag them both to hell where they belonged, because Erling had made him a monster, and he could barely stand himself.
Other;
By the way, Morgan didn't know at the time of his first wound while "undead", but he knows now that if he is injured or lost a limb, or even a head, they are still functional, and all he has to do is sew wounds closed or sew limbs/head back on. He will only die when Erling dies. Yay warlock maid zombies!
PS - Erling never really planned it to be Adam Morgan at all, anyone would have done for him - Morgan just showed up at the wrong time. Heh.
