- Seeing as she's half human, she's unlike vampires. She can walk in the sun and she doesn't look at all like a vampire, except for the fangs of course.
- Scarlet has all the abilities of a vampire (able to heal quicker, jump high, run fast etc).
- She can also have human traits, like she can see her image in mirrors, but she doesn't age.

Appearance: Well, this is a typical girl we are talking about. She has long gorgeous chestnut hair, with light brown streaks. She has light blue eyes, which seems to sparkle in the sun, and unlike a vampire, her skin is very normal. She has a very slim yet curved body, which doesn't age, and she hates the idea of getting old but staying young, even though she's 'as beautiful as she'll ever be'.
Her choice of clothes is simple. Leather catsuits and denim jeans with revealing tops. When on the prowl, she wears the catsuits, but just for fun most of the time. Her favourite catsuit is black leather, with a low cut neckline and a diamante studded belt, which matches her favourite boots, which come to her knees and zip up on one side. When she's not sneaking about and being a vampire, she just lounges in an old pair on jeans, which have multiple rips in them, and a top which has animal paw prints on them in different colours. She dresses up to go out though, and she's always particular with how she looks and how others see her.
Personality: Well, Scarlet is very...typical. She loves the idea of being a 'special' vampire. Her choice of clothes shows how dedicated she is to the idea of how vampires are sexy and addictive. She's always been told she's special, but never told in what way. She's always thought that it was just because she never really got to know her father. She's always flirted with guys because she liked the way they gave her as much attention as she wanted. Her calculating ways have made her get used to the way she can fight and her abilities seem to still be growing on her. She's not fully used to being a vampire yet, but get ready, because she might seem human, but her bite is deadly.
If you had to analyse Scarlet, you'd have to split her right down the middle. One half would be the more human, kinder half. This would show her as being the considerate self. She's got all the natural feelings of a human, their just mixed up with the more serious emotions of a vampire. But, lets concentrate on the human side. Scarlet is the caring kind, she'll never leave you behind, and she puts others before herself. If someone's in danger, she'll put herself in the firing line and she'll take a bullet for a friend. Her love of life shows when she laughs and she'll always be joking about in the serious times.
Her more sinister side shows when she feels more like a vampire. She's more inclined to put herself first and not care about others as much. She'll take care of herself, always aware of her surroundings. She'll easily take a disliking to you if you annoy her and she'll hold a grudge if you do the slightest thing wrong. She doesn't like working with people who mess her around and no matter what, she's always in charge.

History: Born in July, Scarlet was born with the idea she was human. Her family lived in a flat somewhere near the centre of a nearby town. It was just her, her 'father' and her mother. Her father would travel from the flat to a 'secret location', for weeks sometimes, and over 10 years Scarlet only saw her father a few times. She'd have to spend her time with her mother, who would tell her stories of ancient Vampires or of maidens who had someone to look out for, like a prince, who'd save them from their life. Scarlet wished she could live like a maiden, with a prince somewhere in the world who would one day knock on her door and save her, but shes never heard that knock. She never really believed in Vampires, till she was 15 and she saw a vampire in her flat.
She was getting a drink when she spotted the vampire, feeding of her parents. He could smell from her scent she was a vampire and he ran away. Scarlet spent her mother's last few moments discovering her origins and what had happened to her. She felt disgusted and she hated it, but when she turned 16, she felt more and more like a vampire. She moved into the city and spent a few years just partying and being a teen, till she realised she'd need to protect herself and she learned how to use the guns which she'd found in her 'fathers' possessions.
