"Righ' in me own hang out. Pain in the arse." Riley muttered to himself as he inhaled the acrid smoke from his cigarette and exhaled slowly. His dark eyes were trained upon a demon who had decided he would enter the Pub tonight, the same night Riley had decided he was going to watch the game. Of course he could have ended it now, but it was not a smart idea to discharge a .357 magnum in public view. Letting the death stick rest at the corner of his lips, he'd make his way across the street towards the Pub and pull the doors open. As he entered, the crowd cheered and several moved to pat him on the back. While he was a Priest, he was quite unorthadox and didn't believe in alot of the things he felt were not allowed to them.
"Well don' just stand there ya bastard, get me a drink Pat!" he roared with a booming laugh. He'd make his way to the bar as he hopped onto a stool and spun to face the flat screen, a basketball game he had almost two grand riding upon. As always his team was winning, he had a knack for picking the right one, all the money he won was usually spent to help feed the kid who was now living in the church. He'd rescued a small child from the Lycans, a little girl and he was currently trying to find her somewhere to go, even though it seemed she was becoming attached to the idea that he was her father. His eyes scanned the crowd looking for the shady man that had entered before him, finding the demon playing pool and talking with another man who just seemed to emit a foul stink.
Just then Pat, the bartenders eyes would follow Rileys line of sight. "Somethin' wrong Riley?" he'd ask as he leaned on the counter. At first the man wouldn't reply, staring intently before shaking his head. "Not yet there isn't. But best be watchin' them, they'll be yer trouble makers tonight." he said with a nod as he picked up a small glass filled with whiskey on the rocks. The demons playing pool would look in his direction, however the only response Riley would give them was a smile and a cheers as he downed the glass in one gulp. "Keep 'em commin'. It's gonna be a long night, if ya know what I mean." he said as he pushed off the bar and wandered into the crowd.
