The ascension of the blind king? A calling to arms? Reassembling the warrior protectors? Could these all be signs of some great inevitable threat seeking the destruction of the vampire race, yet again? If so, the real question becomes, will the blind king be able to ward off the threat long enough to band together his brothers, both new and old? Or will the wolves beating at the doors break through and seize the opportunity that's been opened up to them? Will the lessers finally be able to rid themselves of the vampires by pouncing on this weakess, striking when it will benefit them the most?
