A low chuckle of mirth left the boy's throat as the window's latch closed without the slightest of creaks. Stupid people. Thought a latch would keep him out. Hah! He laughed at the very thought of such a thing. There was no latch he had come across thus far that he couldn't open with a knife, fishing wire and hook or tooth pick. Shifting the jewelry box under his left arm slightly, Till grinned.
Tonight, he was going home with a pocket full of gold, silver and gems.
The knife returned to the sheath that hugged his calf, slipping in within a sound to join it's siblings. The boy had been doing this for years. And in the middle of the day when nobody was home was the perfect time to steal. Hopping off the window sill, Till landed with a dull thud onto the garage roof. Ahh yes, nobody suspected the cute, innocent looking Till Mori.
Landing on the driveway with little difficulty, the teen casually strode over to one of the large trees in front of the property, propping himself against it. There, he opened the box and poured his loot into a small, leather draw string bag. The box itself was worthless, thrown into the family's garbage can. Take that, rich people.
"Well now, looks like I'm getting a good supper tonight," he grinned, shoving the bag into his jacket pocket next to his pellet gun. Pushing himself away from he tree, Till began striding down the street with a bit of spring in his step. If he successfully got away with this, his family would be eating well for a few weeks indeed.

“It's an animal thing..” Leaning against a nearby tree, the man could see what was going down from a mile away. Angelo had been watching the local hoodlums and thieves lately for a good delivery boy, he needed someone who was top of the line, someone he knew could get the job done undetected. Watching through smokey shades, he would check his watch every three minutes, timing the young thief as he sacked this rich couples house. There was almost no indication that the boy was truly being watched, however he did try to make his presence slightly known to those with the proper sense to notice an extra pair of eyes watching.
When the kid made his way to the garage roof, Angelo was actually decently impressed with his methods. No breaks, no prints, not sign of forced entry or tracks. As the kid vacated the scene Angelo would take a moment to go inspect his work, his keen Lycan eyes picking up very little for him to even track the kid with. “Not bad at all kid..” he muttered under his breath as he shook his head and exited the same way the thief had. With a powerful stride he would fall in line behind the kid on the walk, slowly moving as if he were going the same way when he was in reality just seeing what he'd do with his find.
This was how he'd normally recruit all the people who worked for him, he'd go see to their work personally. Whistling lightly, he seemed to be in quite a good mood since he made this find, however soon he would have to approach the kid. Would his offer be turned down? It was a steady source of jobs lined up for the thief, he'd have no shortage of tasks or cash. Walking a little faster he would try and put a little pressure into the thiefs mind, try and tickle that little sense that said "Someones following me or someone saw me". As he approached the kid, his whistling would stop, however he would remain at a steady walking pace only five feet behind him.
“Can I ask you some questions, kid?”

His warning bells began to tingle, alerting the teen to something that was just not right. A very slight tensing in his lower back muscles was the only visible reaction of the small teen boy as his pace remained the same as it had been moments before. Stopping a moment, Till crouched, pretending to retie a shoelace. He glanced around, pretending like it were any other day. This was his way of getting a tab on what was going down around him without being suspicious about it.
Ahh, a large man with a very light step. How odd. Standing again, the boy felt his heart beat race. Oh gods, was this guy a cop? His pace began again, every so slightly faster than it was before. "Wonder what's for supper tonight," he wondered idly. All fake and props. It was a thief's best friend in situations like this. It would only last so long. And it did. The guy spoke, catching Till off guard.
"Eh? Sure, are you lost?" he asked with fake kindness in his voice. This was scary. His hands casually reached into the pockets of his jacket, fingers stroking his pellet gun. How many rounds to the groin would it take to bring this guy to his knees? Or better yet, why was he asking questions? An eyebrow twitched as sweat began to form on his brow. "You don't look like you're from around here."

“It's an animal thing..” A smirk spread across Angelo's face as he watched the kid bend over and pretend to be tieing his shoe. It seemed that while his actual theft methods were good, he was still a little green when it came to getting away with it all. Slowly his steps would come to a stop just behind the boy as he smirked down at him, something devilish in the way he did so as well. “I could tell you whats for my supper tonight, but I think you'd be appalled.” he coo'd in a deep voice as he watched the kid seemingly grow a little more tense before his eyes.
An outright laugh came out as the kid seemed to still be trying to hide it with his nonchalant words. “Perhaps a little lost.” he spoke slowly as he moved a single step closer and lowered his voice. “However maybe those goods could buy me some new directions?” he spoke with a grin at the thought of busting this kids theft wide open. Of course the first assumption by the way he was dressed and followed was a cop, however it was this boys lucky day because he was neither cop nor god.
“I'm not from around here, I've just heard about someone and decided to check it out.” he spoke with his deep growl as he eye'd the boy. Even if he was not famous amongst the humans there was talk about a boy fleeing the same scene his own personal contractors had been sent to sack. This kid must have been a whole leagure ahead of his own. “So thievery is your game huh? A risky business for someone your age.” he spoke slowly. Of cours he was just assmuing the kid was young.
“Walk with me kid and don't try to run..”

His body stiffened, the boy taking a step back to match the one this guy took forward. Shit, shit, shit! He'd been caught! Till had half a mind to run for it. Yet something deep in his gut told him it'd be pointless, what with this guy being just under a foot taller than him. "They could buy you more than that," he muttered, huffing. Well this was just his luck. Till almost expected to be beat up and robbed after all his hard work had been busted by this guy. Nice going.
"A lot of people hear about a lot of things," he said dryly, sorely tempted to take out his pellet gun and drop this guy. Why was this guy here? What did he want? The assumption that he was young miffed the boy. "Someone my age? I'm frickin' seventeen years old. There's a whole bunch of seventeen year olds running around and stealing things." A throwing knife was starting to look good right about now.
"Who says I'm into thievery, anywho? I could be a contortionist for all you know," he grumbled under his breath. Well, he wasn't quite a hardcore contortionist to the point of being able to pull his shoulders through his knees, but he was flexible enough to squeeze in and out of tight spaces if needed. Something he had always prided himself in doing.
"What happens if I run?"
