Immortality: Angels hold an immortality that only few could end, however being here on Earth she is more mortal than when in the Heavens so the possibility is there that she can be killed by fatal attacks.
Frozen in Time: Most angels find themselves stuck in time, unless they will it differently. Tear is one that prefers being one age eternally.
Holy Light: Being a servant of God, he constantly protects his angels with his Light of purity. It generally sends evil running away, unless they are strong enough to withstand it. Sometimes can cause a temporary blindness.
Crusader's Blessing: Holding a blade in her hands, Tear has the soul of a true crusader and can call upon the powers of God into her blade, multiplying its power.
Angel's Kiss: Tear has never used this, and possibly never will. It is decreed by God himself that only if a creature is going through a horrendous torture and dying in irrational pain that an angel may use it. By using it, it sends the victim into a peaceful sleep so they may pass on without any more pain.
Celestial Tears: When it's raining, the angels are crying. When each raindrop is painful, that's just Tear crying. Only works on evil beings. If Tear cries, it will begin to rain pure Holy power. Not strong enough to kill anyone, but can get very painful to evil ones. Doesn't go for more than about 10 yards, and only lasts up to four posts.

Getting I N D E P T H

Tear, the Redeemer, is very gorgeous as any White Angel should be. She seems to be the exact definition of what an angel should be, standing at a 5'7" while weighing no more than 130 lbs. Her body is slender and lithe, yet still maintaining toned muscles to show her strength. She is nothing like an Olympian, but isn't just skin and bones either. Upon her back are two perfect wings, pure white and untouched by mortal hands and unseen by mortal eyes. She has never shown a human her wings at all.
Moving up to possibly the most important part of any being, the face that is, you would firstly notice the beautiful blonde hair framing her face. It is soft and silky, the dream of any girl. Shimmering constantly, even when there is no light, it can be obvious to anyone that she is an angel from this alone. Moving on, one would notice her perfect jaw line. A smooth oval, giving her an almost doll-like face. Pouty pink lips are perfectly located where a mouth should be, followed by a small nose that contains no crooks or disfigurment at all. Finally, Tear's eyes are a bright hazel. Most angels are rumored to have blue ones, but she contains the mixture of browns, blues, and greens.
Tear can commonly be seen wearing sundresses, as she enjoys the look and believes it is suiting of an angel. Sandals generally go along with these dresses, and her hair is generally worn down. It isn't uncommon to find her in a simple pair of jeans and a tanktop however. However, when on a mission or in battle, she wears a pure white armor that is not extremely huge, but definitely protective. She almost seems like a Crusader with such an outfit.
Personality:
Tear seems very soft-spoken at first, keeping her distance from people in public and speaking few words. However, she truly is the complete opposite once getting to truly know her. In fact, she's almost the polar opposite. She has a very hard head, not giving into things very easily. This goes hand in hand with her stubborn attitude as well, as she doesn't like to accept things that she's against. Her heart is in the right place, of course, but it can almost become overbearing. She tries almost too hard to do right, which makes her almost an outcast among people.
Because of people beginning to hunt her, Tear has become colder in public which is what attributes to the seemingly shy girl. Maturity comes in doses, and slowly but surely she is realizing how tainted the world is, as she's spent most of her existence in Heaven. Though extremely innocent in earlier times, her mouth is starting to become tainted like a human's when not doing her duties. Friends have become shocked at this sudden change, some deviating away from her while others follow the example. It saddens her, but she understands that it is almost inevitable in these times.
To those friends she has, Tear is extremely loyal to the end. Though loud, and sometimes arrogant around them, she is very playful and an all-around good friend. Of course, even these people tend to encounter her short temper at times which can almost be terrifying at times. If someone manages to anger her, there really is no way to shut her up. She's yet to become actually violent, but it wouldn't be too shocking.
Despite all of these things, the angel will always hold a certain innocence about her. Along with that, a strange cuteness as well. Tear may come off as serious and trained, but once you slip past first impressions she's pretty much fun and loving, with a little spice.

History:
Many years ago a gentle, innocent child was born on this Earth to a family dedicated to the Lord. With a simple flurry of light brown hair, and the brightest blue eyes, she grew to be as good of child as any. Her parents were proud, and the family adored her completely. Perhaps she was too perfect for this Earth however, as only 4 years into her life she was killed. By what? A pack of ravenous Werewolves. Most unfortunate for the family it was, as their daughter was the only one killed. They went missing soon enough after the child's death and no one has heard from or of them since.
While people on Earth were getting over this shock, a young soul entered Heaven. Taking the form of a little girl, this soul could not recall what had happened or her name. Because of this, she cried and cried until God finally came to take his child. Asking what was wrong, she explained she could not remember anything. Of course God knew who she was, but decided it would be best she didn't know just yet. He told her to choose a name, and the first word that came to her mind was Tear, seeing as she was crying so many.
God brought Tear to White Angels, deciding that perhaps she was worthy enough to become much more than your typical Angel. A warrior of the Holy, that's what he wanted. It was from then on that little Tear began to train and work very hard. It wasn't so much that she had to as she wanted to. It sounded important, and she didn't want to cheat by asking the Lord to just give her the power. For years things went like this, until the first true outbreak of Slavery came about.
God was outraged, shockingly enough to little Tear, and he decided to send several White Angels to the surface. She was truly curious and decided to ask God if she could go. Reluctantly he allowed it, but made sure she knew not to do anything reckless. She was a smart girl and vowed not to do so. This would be the day she saw the horrifying thing known as slavery, and this would be the day she knew she had to do something.
A group of Lycans held many slaves in their underground chambers. Breaking into the chamber, the group of angels were horrified to find several dead, and many alive slaves. The Lycans, caught off guard, made a run for it. Tear began to shed just that, tears. Her mind instantly became wise beyond her human years, and she knew this body was not suited for her any longer. Freeing the slaves, the angels headed off but Tear remained for a few more moments as a prayer reached her from one of the dying.
"Tell my husband... it's not his fault..."
Tear, promising with all her heart to do so, memorized the woman's appearance and returned to God. Asking him for a new body (giving the woman's appearance to him), he granted it upon her. Since that day she's trained, trained, and trained. She also made sure to study about the Earth and all the creatures down below. Only a few months ago did God decide to assign her down on Earth to help free slaves. Tear took the assignment with valor, descending upon the planet and seeking out slaves.
This is her life now, freeing slaves and trying to stop the slave trade. Because of it many slaver traders and masters have grown hateful of the White Angels, and she is one of the many being hunted. Tear has yet to be caught, remaining very strong in this time of need. Her goal has yet to be realized, but one day she prays it will be.
