Alright, I realize my advertisement is a bit rough around the edges, so here's what's goin' on.
There's seven main races (Vampire, Werewolf, Lycan, Angel, Neko, Human, and Demon) and four sub-races (Psychic Vampire, White Angel, Black Angel, and Hunter). They're all set in a large city (I'm envisioning something like the Underworld city mixed with the Crow city, with a few sparse areas of woods/desert around it (maybe like Resident Evil movies 1 and 3 for the outer landscape). All races are fully aware of one another and generally get along.
Naturally cities are filled with people, and for physic vampires it's hard for them to get food in. Yes, there's plenty to feed off of, but the humans keep moving around, so therefore the PV's can't fully feed. Tired and annoyed with both the constant movement of their food as well as their brethrens lack of aid/sharing when it comes to feeding time, the VP's strike up a deal with the Lycans.
The Lycans, also tired and annoyed (though for different reasons such as their forever ongoing feud with the vampires), accept this proposal without question. The deal is that if the Lycans round up the humans, nekos, and really whatever else the VP's are able to feed off of and bring them to them, the VP's will then tell the exact locations of the vampires; one spot at a time of course.
The humans/whatever else was fed off of, when their energy has been drained (though not thoroughly, just enough to keep them from fleeing/fighting back at any point), are then useless to the VP's. The "dead" weight is then auctioned off to the werewolves, the black angels, and the demons. At this point they do whatever they wish with their new found slaves.
The White Angels feel they must intervene. The humans (and them alone) are their children, so therefore they must help. Disguised amongst the regular, they seek out these underground slave rings, and (depending on size of the group going to the rings) aim to eliminate them completely, save their children and put the ringmasters and slave owners back into their place.
The Black Angels problem is with the White Angels. The Black Angels have disgraced the White Angels and have been disloyal to Heaven, and so they were cast out. Angry, bitter, and feeling wrongfully convicted, most set out to 1) repent or 2) to get revenge. The revenge driven gather what slaves they can, only to lure the White Angels to them and ultimately kill them. The one's wishing for a second chance try to mimic the White Angels actions while they're on earth; save the slaves. The few that don't give a damn either way simply indulge themselves in whatever way possible.
The Demons are just along for the ride, and the Hunters are humans that for now are unaware of the slave rings yet know the various species that stalk the night. They aim to mainly kill off all races for they see them as evil, selfish, and wish only to kill off their kind.
Lastly, the Neko's are aware of the slave rings yet if anything encourage it. They hate the humans for their vicious acts towards the Neko race. They were shunned because of their looks. Yet wrapped up in their own jealous rages they fail to see that their own kind is slowly but surely being picked off as well for slavery.
