Raythril scanned the short surroundings of the thick middle of the old and proud Obsidian Forest. He breathed in deeply, tasting the clear and natural air that could only truly be found in the presence of the woods. He paced in the area that he was residing at the point of time, there was just something about a real serene woodland habitat had this kind of beautifying effect on the world. It saddened him that the Obsidian forest didn't cause the same feelings in people then it did on him. It made him think that if it did, then possibly the races would be able to get along, and the slavery wouldn't even be an issue. Of course, he couldn't one hundred percent agree with his own thought, since even he disliked a large amount of people.
He had his own little 'home' set up properly, well it looked more or less like a camp site, but it wasn't made to be extravagant at all. Basically there was the smallest clearing, about twelve meters wide (thirty-nine feet), that was located at the bottom of a little hill. There was a large branch, that he figured fell from one of the biggest oaks in that area, that he used as a chair. A fire pit, which at the moment wasn't lit, and a nice little stream about a ten minute walk from that location. Ray moved as many twigs and branches that could be a problem to one side, and would use it as fire wood when necessary. He slept on a branch in one of the trees that wasn't far from the fire pit, he wouldn't fall off, it was shaped good enough that he wouldn't unless he felt like 'rolling out of bed'.
Ray walked over to the small pit that was full of the cold charcoals from the night before, and sat down beside it. One leg folded over the other, bringing his hand over to his right foot, which was rather sore from the traveling around that he was doing that day. It didn't bother him much that his foot was in the smallest bit of pain, he much rather have that then wearing shoes. No matter how much he tried he could never get used to it, and it wasn't hard to get used to walking over stones. It was that he just didn't like having sticks and twigs being jabbed into the padding of his heel. He pulled off his jacket, after peeling off all of the dangling pieces of metal that he had collected over the years. Feeling no need for all of it at that point, he was just sitting at his own 'home', there should be no danger there at all. None the less, he kept this sword within arms reach, the forest was known to have odd beasts running around.
The sunlight shone through the spaces between the branches, lighting the clearing nicely. He honestly had not idea what time it was, he never did, never will. He didn't even know how old he was, the only thing his knows is that he has been the way he is for as long as he could possibly remember. Not even knowing why he was a demon, or why he was even there, if there was a reason, or what type. Well that wasn't exactly true, he knew that he was a demon of the forest. There was no other explanation, he always felt at home in a wood, the only place that he could even call home was a forest. Every forest he had ever been in was his home. Raythril pushed a stray collection of hair out of the way, it wasn't dead in front of his face, but it was irritating him in his peripheral vision.

Lokia walked through the forest looking for Senna. Hee really gave the girl too much freedom. He continued walking through the forest. Lokia loved nature but with his job he did not have much time to stop and appreciate nature. Right now though he was not dressed for a hike in the forest. He was wearing a mafioso type black suit with a leather dress jacket. His Italian loafers were begging him not to walk any further. Lokia continued on his way thinking about his $3000 loafers. Lokia stopped as he noticed a camping site up ahead and a redheaded man sitting there. He slowly snuck up knowing that around here you could never be too safe. He had his weapon ready and a pistol if needed. Although it would probably not be needed, Lokia was skilled with his whips and also had his power of confession. As he snuck up he stepped on a twig. SNAP As Lokia heard the snap he decided to show himself. He walked out and said "Hello friend, how are thee?" he circled around the camp not seeing anything that ruffled his feathers. He looked at the dirty man again noticing he did not have any shoes. "Do you need shoes?"

((OoC, Raythril isn't dirty, to the contrary, he is very clean. Other then his feet obviously)) Raythril's head snapped back, glancing over at the new individual that had just stumbled upon his comfortable sitting. He jumped up, and scrambled back onto his feet. He was struggling to get his hands on the hilt of his sword, but the mud was making that a little difficult. His left hand finally gripped properly and plucked the weapon off the ground, turning to face the other man. He glanced over at him raising an eyebrow, moving into a defensive position. His knuckles cracked as he tightened his grip on the sword, the feeling of being treated like a charity case wasn't one that settled down well with Ray. He was a demon of high standards of himself, and a rather large ego.
He knew who that was. Some hybrid slaver, he didn't care what that guy said about being a good slave driver. He hated people that owned slaves. There was no such thing in his own mind, he had heard of Lokia's tendency to be a bit of an ass hole. Raythril didn't appreciate being called friend when people didn't even know him. None the less, he wasn't going to throw away his demon identity to that guy. He loosened his grip, letting the metal blade drop to the ground, clanking as it collapsed. He figured that he should just act like the defenseless human that he was to look like.
"I don't need shoes, sir" He smiled, knowing that it probably wouldn't fool the other guy at all, but gave it a try anyway, "I'm fine, but you gave me quiet a fright." Raythril bent over, and picked the sword off the ground slowly, and shuffled over to one of the closest trees. Leaning the weapon against the powerful oak, and then jumped up. He grabbed onto one of the branches, his hands grew the smallest bit sore when they slipped a little bit. The bark scratched a little, and he hung off one of the lower banches and lifted himself up. Sitting comfortably on the tree, letting his legs dangle down in the air.
Raythril looked up at the sky, still playing his human act. He was truthfully glad that it was nice and sunny, he loved the way that the rays of sunlight would hit the forest floor. He thought that it would look even nicer whenever the trees would shed their leaves and litter the ground with multiple different colours. Then it occurred to him that he might not be in an area were winter actually happened. He wouldn't mind that though, he didn't really like winter, he liked fall, sadly one couldn't live without the other. Like two sides of a coin, or good and evil. He sighed and looked down to the ground where the hybrid was standing, "So what are you doing here anyway?" He asked, figuring that he should figure out why he was there in the first place. It didn't worry him if this guy could read his mind or something, he would know, because his head would be in bit of pain. Then a great deal if, or when he would go to block him out, sometimes he wondered if it was even worth the pain. Other times... not so much.

Lokia noted his reaction. He knew that this was no human he could tell by the scent he just didn't know what he was. Lokia looked around looking for somewhere to sit. Lokia noticed that he was trying to act like he was defenseless although he didn't seem to be the best with that sword of his. He finally found a place to sit on a stump as he looked up at the tree. Lokia pulled out a ciggarette and lit it.
"I am looking for a friend of mine. My name is Lokia Jackson." He said as he looked up at the man in the tree. He wondered where Senna was he should probably ask this guy if he had seen her. "Have you seen a brunette with a silver pendant. She's five foot five inches." He really needed to set more rules for Senna she felt she could run around where ever she wanted. He didnt wanna have to get mean or anything but he had things that had to get done.
Lokia looked up at the man again. "May I ask why you are living in the forest?" He didn't understand why anyone would live in the forest besides the fact it might be safer. He looked at his watch wondering what time he would get a call tonight about his warehouses. He noticed a small fox nearby and tried to coo it over to him. He looked at the sky and wondered how his mother was doing.
Lokia sometimes wondered if his mother was in heaven or dead he never met her and his father never told him. All he had was a pic of her. "Do you have a mother boy?" He knew that would sound weird but he wanted to know if this boy was some kind of vagabond.

Raythril raised his eyebrow at the amount of questions this man was shooting at him. He knew of course who this guy was talking about, but he wasn't sure if it was a good idea to answer, he had no idea if Senna even wanted to be found. He knew that he wouldn't, that was for sure. Raythril stood up, keeping him balance on the branch, and looked at a higher target sitting spot. He bent his knees and launched himself at the other branch, catching onto it with his right hand. 'Damn... this isn't my good arm,'[/i] He cursed to himself, quickly moving his left to the right spot and pulled himself up. He liked that branch better, since it was the one that he slept on every night. It was high enough for most creatures not to see him, and he wouldn't fall and injure himself either.
He didn't know if he had a mother, if he did, it was too long ago to even remember. Then there was the question if demons could even have parents, he had heard of stories for demon's having children. He had no idea if they were true or not, but either way, he had to have some sort of parent. If he didn't, well he was just going to lie. "My name is Ray, and yes I have a mother, I don't know where she is. But, I have a mom." He shrugged, looking down at the man, "Why wouldn't I?" He wondered why this Lokia guy was asking so many questions, but it really didn't matter. It was best just to answer them, and to get it over with.
"I live in a forest because it's comfortable." Raythril answered, at least that was truthful. The forest was a lot more comfortable then any city or town that he had ever been in, probably ever will. He could explain that he was a demon of the forest, and that was the main reason that he was living there, because it was his natural home. This man was a slave master though, why would he tell him that, they were greedy, greedy men. And apparently this man was looking for a brunette girl that seems to fit the description of Senna, he couldn't be sure that they were the same two people though, and it wasn't going to give out any information if he wasn't sure.
Raythril pulled out a leaf that found it's way tangled in his hair, that was the down side. Things always got caught in his hair when he would be sitting around in a forest. "I don't know, if I've seen her." He shrugged, looking down at the blonde haired man, wondering if he could push out a little more out of him. "Does she have a name? Or race?" He asked, not looking the closet thing to seemingly interested in what kind of problems this guy was having with his slave. It actually made him sick, what male masters did to their slaves, very degrading of human life or otherwise. It made him feel like he was a embrarasment to demons, if he wasn't interested in all the chaos that was going about, and wasn't interested in beating a slave or two.[/size]

Lokia did not quite trust this man he was putting quite a bit of distance between the two of them in the clearing but he wanted to be courteous. He looked around making sure no one was around to jump him or anything. He looked up at the tree branch that the man was on it would be a good place to sleep really safe. He did not like having to yell though so he used his whips to draw himself up to a branch near the man making himself comftorable he looked over at Ray again. So this man liked living in the woods that was a bit strange.
"I don't actually know why i wanted to know if you had a mother." He said laughing. He looked around the area "I just thought it was a good question at the time." He smiled at the man and said "You know for a human it could be a little dangerous living in the forest." He said acting concerned he saw a possible business oppurtunity here this man would probably have no idea what he should be payed for the job Lokia was going to offer.
Lokia listened to what he asked about the "friend" he was looking for. "Yes she has both a name and a race. Her name is Senna and her race is Lycan. She is very important to me if you know of her whereabouts it would be kind of you to tell me." He gave him a look like he wanted to know what he wanted to know. He also still had to offer him a job. "And also I have a little job that could make you quite a bit of money if you are interested."

Raythril glared over at the men that just damaged a tree with that... weapon. He assumed that the guy had no real working brain to damage plant life like that, just because he was too lazy to climb. There was also a good reason for distancing himself, he didn't want to fight, but no. This guy just had to come right back, he was like the flu, you were never truely rid of it, it would just come back again and again. Since he was supposed to be a regular human, not many of them would pick a fight with a hybrid, but he was pretty close to the edge of doing so if he tried to pull that over him again. Humans... he despised the thought of being one, he was stronger then that, he wasn't the strongest demon by far. But, he was no human.
Ryathril refrained from rolling his eyes, of course it would be dangerous to live in a forest. He smirked to himself, well it's a good thing he wasn't human, he remarked internally. He listened to the rest of his description of Senna, thinking that he finally put in enough effort and information for him to answer him back. "I've met her in passing, a church in fact. This morning, I have no clue where she is now." He said rather bemused, knowing that what he knew would be worthless information that wouldn't help him with his search at all. He didn't care, actually he was annoyed that the other man used a whip on his tree, finding him rather retarded.
He shifted around, so his legs were crossed under him, and glanced back at Lokia. Raising an eyebrow, he wondered what he was talking about with a job. He didn't need one, why would he? Raythril lived in a forest, it wasn't like he had to waste money on rent or anything stupid like that. None the less it would be interesting to find out what he wanted him to do, "Depends on the job, and how much," He stated, he did have his standards, and he wasn't about to be cheaped out. He had been living in forests longer then his guy has been alive, he knew how much things were. and how much he would charge for his own services.
